Due to the overwhelming response to The AIRSTREAM VINTAGE TRAILER EXPERIENCE

This INTERNATIONAL model was the Cadillac of trailers in it's day.

Murray welcomed us after we entered the gate and showed us the ins and outs of the trailer. The trailer provided all the benefits of camping (quiet, a bit of solitude, easy access to an awesome trail) without the hassles. But, of course, the trailer was also a little bit luxurious! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the chance to see a beautiful part of CA that is nearby but off the beaten path, and the hosts (and particularly their pack of goats)
Arriving at the Airstream Adventure Pt II was the end of our 12 day road trip up and down the California coast with our Border Collie, Sage. We arrived and were greeted by Murry and Breezy the big pup along with the goats and the horses...what a hoot. Murry directed up to the "streamer" and gave us the orentation tour. Everything was simple to understand and we enjoyed sitting back and having a glass of wine and enjoying the stillness of the surrounding hills...so peaceful and quite. Our two days were spent enjoying the location of the trailer and not leaving, just eating, reading, relaxing, listening to nothing but ocassionally the guinea hens talking to us. Next time we come we'll be able to hike and enjoy the area a bit more. From fellow Air B & B Innkeepers, thanks for sharing your slice of life and let us know if your plans bring you south to Pacific Beach. The Hohes
Wonderful place, a rare opportunity to see a part of Malibu I never had. Thank you to our gracious and kind hosts!
This was a great mini-vacation getaway from the city. The trailer was beautiful, looked just like the pictures! The area was breathtaking. The trailer was cozy and everything was in great working condition. The games in the trailer were fun and provided great entertainment. I unfortunately got to the trailer very late due to a late flight, but I managed to catch Murray on the way to the trailer. He left a lamp on for us so we could find the airstream and he even turned on the heat for us! We didn't interact much throughout the stay, but he was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely want to stay again!
Murray greeted me warmly and bearing ground coffee to make that next morning in the Sovereign even more relaxing!! I had been traveling a bit so I appreciated his prompt communication to coordinate my arrival & departure. After some orientation to the trailer and lay of the land, I was on my own to explore and enjoy. The Backbone trail was a bonus and I will be back with mountain bike the next time! Thanks for sharing your trailer and lovely setting with me!
We had a wonderful adventure at our Airstream Trailer getaway. It was just as described in beautiful and serene surroundings. We were excited to be visited by their horses Sunday night and their 7 goats Monday night. The trailer was clean, everything worked and the bed was so comfortable. Murray and Kay were perfect hosts with Murray taking time to explain how everything worked in the trailer. Will definitely go again. Thank you Murray and Kay.

My wife and I are Christian, semi-retired film industry people who thrive on adventure and meeting interesting people. Over the past 13 years I've restored several vintage Airstream trailers and consider them the ultimate in camping comfort. One of my restorations now actually resides in Japan!
We used to love to travel and camp in our 1957 'FLYING CLOUD' AIRSTREAM but now enjoy allowing others to share the experience without the hassle of driving, towing and fighting for a spot in a crowded and noisy campground. We live on a 20+ acre ranch property (with some overly friendly goats, dogs and horses) in the Santa Monica Mountains- surrounded by thousands of acres of open space and direct access to the famous Backbone Trail, which is renowned for hiking, horseback and mountain bike riding. We are also only 6 miles from the glorious beaches of Malibu. Our hilltop location is the perfect deluxe camping experience, with ocean views, and base to enjoy this unique mountain range and Mediterranean climate which occurs in only 6 places in the world.
