  • I went for a conference in UNC and stayed only for 3 days, and just didn't had time to meet Jessica. But still, I got in touch with her a lot through email and texting. She was patient and very helpful, giving me tips on bus routes and taxi options. Not only that, the house is extremely neat, clean, and the room was really spacious. There was a big TV and cable, and a huge walk-in closet.

They lost my bag on the airport and I arrived late and super tired. When I got into the room, there were towels folded and waiting for me in the bed. And there was soap, which really saved my life, for I was without anything I needed.

Besides that, the neighborhood landscape is beautiful and is a very quiet area. Is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to study or just chill out! I loved that!

  • Area was great and Jessica was very understanding with our flight being cancelled and delayed us coming in for a couple days. Thanks for letting us use your kitchen. Bed was comfy and our overall experience was great. We only saw her for just a bit one day.
We would stay here again so don't pass this one up.......

  • The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean and very convenient. Jessica was quick in answering any questions I had and she was very kind. This would definitely be my first choice the next time I am in Chapel Hill. Thanks Jessica!!!

  • I spent a month here while doing an elective at UNC hospitals and the townhouse was great. It is located close to campus, a short jog from cedar falls park, and near all the activities chapel hill has to offer. The room was clean and had everything i needed (desk, closet, big bed, super comfy sheets, giant tv). As a bonus, Jessica is really nice and was very helpful making sure I didn't miss out on any good restaurants or fun things going on in the area. I definitely recommend this room and will stay here again if I'm in the area

  • Jessica was amazing! The room in her town home was clean and cozy, and it was great having a separate bathroom. It was so convenient to be right on Chapel Hill's free bus route. I also enjoyed the extra closet space since I stayed for 4 weeks. Most importantly Jessica was an incredible host! She was so friendly and knew everything a visitor to the area would want to know. She knew all of the best shops and restaurants and all the best things to do in the Triangle area. If you stay with her you really are doing yourself a disservice by not spending some time getting to know her and everything she knows about Chapel Hill!

  • I stayed at Jessica's home for 4 weeks. She was very nice and welcoming when I came to her home and for the entire stay. The bed and room were private and comfortable. I also had access to anything in the kitchen that I needed. Jessica is awesome and the few times I saw her (mostly because I was at work for 12-14 hours a day) we had hilarious conversations. She even went so far as to recycle my cans! haha. Overall was an excellent experience. Thank you!

  • Jessica is a wonderful host who is easygoing and funny! The room is large and has a spacious closet with hangers provided. The location is safe and scenic with parking nearby. The bathroom was clean and tidy as was the room. I have to also mention that the view from the bedroom was pleasant and the large flat screen tv would be great to watch any Big Ten football game!

  • This was another great AirBnB experience. Jessica keeps a tidy home and my room was great. Quiet, clean and it has a tv for unwinding after work. Jessica is super nice and very knowledgeable about where to go out for entertainment and food. I recommend her place to all.

  • Jessica was a wonderful host! She's extremely warm and inviting. Jessica was always available when I had a question and even went above and beyond by making sure I knew how to get around Chapel Hill and giving me a list of the best restaurants to try. Her house is very clean and quiet. I'd recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place to stay during your visit to Chapel HIll.

  • Jessica has been absolutely phenomenal. Not only has she provided me with a great stay, but she has diligently helped me in my quest to find a place in the triangle area, since I will be starting school shortly. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone visiting the Chapel Hill area!
