Hi! Thanks for visiting my page.

Room available in my three bedroom, two bath (non-smoking) town home. The two bedrooms on the second floor share the upstairs bath.

My house is quiet and clean and has a washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable, plenty of parking, and a deck with a grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and guests are welcome to use it. The room has a queen sized bed with sheets, towels, table, closet, and a TV. The bathroom is shared. My townhome is one block from the bus line stop, and located about five miles from UNC and seven from Duke.

No pets please. I do not smoke or have pets.

Guests are welcome to use the washer, dryer, kitchen, and deck/grill.

I am not home very much but will be in and out during the evenings and weekends.

My home is on the busline; my stop is Timberlyne. Chapel Hill Transit offers a free service.

House Rules

1.Always keep the top dead bolt locked on the door.

2.Always keep the safety bar in the sliding glass door.

3.Only the guests who are identified as renting are allowed in the home.

4.There are some extra toiletries for guests use under the sink in the bathroom. Spices, condiments, kitchen items for cooking and storage, detergent and dryer sheets are for the guests to use if needed and do not need to be replaced.

5.Please use the honor system for other items. Replace anything that you use or damage.

6.Guests do not have to clean the rooms or bath before they leave. When you check-out, leave the bed as is; I will wash the sheets and towels. If you need these washed during your stay, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer. Detergent is provided.

(website hidden) all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, I will run it and empty it.

8.Parking is available in the overflow parking lot which is located in the far back of the property, only steps away from my unit. Please either park in the spots designated for Visitors or in the far back lot.

9.If you need to dispose of cardboard, use the cardboard dumpster in the far back parking lot. Please do not put cardboard in the garbage dumpsters.

10.There are fire extinguishers under the bathroom and kitchen sinks. (hopefully, you won't need them)

11.The water main is behind the washer and under the kitchen sink.

12.The password to the internet is on a piece of paper at the top of the stairs.

13.Towels and washcloths are in the closet at the top of the stairs. If you get chilly, there are extra blankets in the hall closet.

14. Check-out is at 11 am.

15.The electrical box is under the back deck.

16. For your personal belongings and food - the bedroom to the right of the bathroom, use the top drawer in the bathroom, the left side of the cabinet beside the sink, and the middle shelf in the fridge are for your things.

17. Please do not use the laundry room between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am.
