Welcome to this tranquil, luxury rental with canyon views. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac of the historic Talmadge neighborhood in San Diego. The location affords you the opportunity to venture out and explore all that beautiful San Diego has to offer, you will find the central location gets you to anywhere you want to be in minutes. You’re 15 minutes or less from beaches, downtown, balboa park, sea world, the zoo and hundreds of amazing bars and restaurants.

The space
This luxury rental has everything you could possibly need for an amazing stay. The entire space was designed professionally using designer furniture throughout. This home includes all the basics you will need to feel right at home; high speed Wifi, smart tv’s with streaming options, fully stocked kitchens, bath necessities, and fresh linens and towels. Your amazing stay is our top priority.

Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, blender, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a dining room table for 6.

Living Room:
The living room includes a workstation, a television, a couch that serves as a small pullout bed, plenty of seating and plenty of daylight.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom includes a king size bed and an in-suite bathroom. The master also has direct access to the backyard patio. First guest bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin on top, with a full on the bottom, also includes a game table. Second guest bedroom includes a queen size bed.

Bathrooms:
The master bathroom is equipped with a standup shower, and the guest bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower. Both bathrooms include fresh towels and your basic bathroom supplies. Washer and dryer is available for guests to use.

Patio and Yard:
The patio includes an outdoor dining set with café lights to enjoy a meal outside overlooking the beautiful canyon. The back deck has 2 hanging chairs that overlook the yard and canyon. Take a few steps down into the canyon and you’ll find a seating area that includes a fire pit and umbrella for shading.
