Guest access
You will have access to the entire townhome that is on the ocean in a gated community within Peaceful Palms. Dockage available first come, first serve with size restrictions.

Property is oceanfront, gated, and has boat dockage (boat dockage requires advance notice to reserve a boat space as it is shared among the other units).
Rental Agreement Acceptance:
By making a payment, you voluntarily accept and understand the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability (Paradise Palms: Terms & Conditions). The Tenant/Guest/Renter, for the purposes of this agreement, is both the principal for himself or her and the agent for all persons using the rental property under the terms of this agreement. It is the duty of the renter to publish and communicate the terms of the agreement to all people who will use the rental property. Once the agreement has been signed and received, the guest will receive the access code for the property and the gate code.
