About this listing
You just discovered a less crowded barrier island stretch of beach where sand caressing, cloud imagining and breeze appreciating is your main priority. My spacious town home is in a charming community w/ water on both sides - 5 min. walk to beach.
There's a pier on the property to enjoy the Intracoastal - for boat watching, fishing, animal life observing or sun bathe by the pool. The beach access is a 5 minute walk from the front door. Just north is business that rents an abundance of land and sea toys should you want to enjoy various water sports.
There's an electronic coded lock on the entrance door which I custom program w/ your 4 digits ~ garage door pad as well - how bout' that? You'll have access to the entire town home including the two car garage. There is Wi-Fi. Garage has various 'beach stuff' you are welcome to use, beach chairs, umbrella etc. and of course the pool/pier area. Several beach towels to choose from, and beach coolers, of course.
Interaction with guests
I live on the mainland nearby (Seminole) and would be more than happy to point out areas of interest (and dining too!) should you want to venture out and about. I have various menus of local restaurants on the kitchen wall for your viewing pleasure . . not sure how they were obtained though.
Other things to note
If ocean scenery and exercise is your thing, you can walk for miles and miles in either direction and hopefully spot a dolphin or two! Cool lookin' beach birds everywhere. For bikers, we have the Pinellas Trail. You can choose to ride North to the quaint town of Dunedin or further, or ride South to the St. Pete Pier area (currently being remodeled). It's a nice long ride and work out either wa(URL HIDDEN).
There are full time owners/neighbors on both sides of my home, so please be courteous in that respect. Smokers please dispose of butts responsibly when puffin' outside. And have fun. You have to have fun.

I have lived in Florida since the early 80s and I'm a Realtor here on these Barrier Islands. I lived in California prior to moving here. I also speak Czech, (Slavic) and always enjoy polishing that language skill . . . .
