The space

This adorable water tower is located on our 4-acre ranchette with an ocean view. This 1930's tower was rescued from demolition and converted into a small guest room. There is a small sitting area (7x7') and an alcove (low ceiling) with a full-size bed (6x7'). It's cozy and charming. Think Tiny Home.
Our cute & quirky bath house features both indoor and outdoor showers! The bath house is shared with other guests and towels are provided.
You will find an electric kettle and coffee press, along with coffee, tea and instant oatmeal in a self-serve cabinet on the side of the bath house. Our place is rustic, creative, artsy, relaxing and fun.
Enjoy the cool ocean breeze, pet the horses, relax by the pond then toast your s'mores over the fire in the evening.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Conveniently located next to Pacific Coast Highway 1 on "The Mesa".
Nearby attractions: Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, Wine Country, Pismo Outlets, Golf & Antiques. Look up Pismo Beach/Arroyo Grande for more info on our area.

The Water Tower was an amazing place to stay in! Very unique. Exploring the property was a treat! I felt like a kid again seeing all the fresh eggs in the chicken coop and wanting to collect them! 'Snicker' the cat and 'Roscoe' the dog came and cozied up to the fire with us! We will definitely be back! Our expectations were exceeded by our gracious hosts!
