Quaint water tower guest room on country property. Conveniently located next to Highway 1 with ocean and dune view. Lots of friendly animals and a fun area to explore. Limit 2 guests.
This adorable water tower is located on our 4-acre ranchette with an ocean view. This 1930's tower was rescued from demolition and converted into a small guest room. There is a small sitting area and an alcove with a full-size bed. It's cozy and charming.
The bath house is located next to the water tower offering a full bath with indoor and outdoor showers and sinks. Additional 1/2 bath available in our garage.
Relax with your cup of coffee at our bistro table with a view of the Oceano dunes, dune lakes and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze, feed the chickens, pet the horses, relax by the pond then toast your s'mores over the bonfire in the evening.
Sorry, no pets allowed.

Laura's place is fantastic. One of the coolest air bnbs you will stay in. Get there early to enjoy all its character.
We had a great time having such a peaceful space to unwind around wedding festivities. We met an eclectic group of travelers throughout our weekend stay, even while under the roofs in the first rainstorm of 4 years in CA. Ben and Laura were gracious hosts and made us welcome from the first night of our stay asking us to a family outdoor movie. We will stay here again the next time we are through SLO. The description and pictures and other reviews were accurate. These were wonderful hosts.
It was such a wonderful stay! Laura and Ben are so considerate. They provided everything a traveler would love to have on the road! We enjoyed all the original and creative constructions and decorations in their little Eden - the water tower, the pond, the Hobbit door, the chicken free-roaming under the grape vines, the swing in the woods, the sunset... My son learned to make a fire on his own, enjoyed playing with the friendly dogs and cats. We'll be back for sure! Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful place with travelers, Laura and Ben!
The water tower and entire property is absolutely amazing! Laura and Ben have put so much love and effort into making the place magical. We were honored to be guests. Highly recommended!
This was an amazing trip and wonderful hosts made it even better. We got to see the chickens playing in the dirt and scratching around, we swung on the adult sized swingset, saw beautiful sunsets and sunrises and they have an outdoor shower (there is also an indoor one) that was so relaxing while staring at the stars or sunrise. Depending on when you bathe. So much fun and the property was fantastic. Everything we imagined and so much more. Bonus was the hobbit wine cellar and the upstairs guestbook building. We already want to bring my family back here.
Let me start of with how amazing Laura and Ben are. They were welcoming from the beginning. The water tower was just how it is described and even better when you are there. It is truly an amazing stay, you will never feel out of place here. You are free to roam around and get a feel for the place. The animals are ALL very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. This place is truly one of a kind and a place that anyone should visit if passing or staying in town! We will sure be coming back and trying out the amazing tipi!!
