Welcome to this chic studio loft in the heart of River Market, Downtown Kansas City! Walk to City Market, trendy shops, and top-notch restaurants. Catch a game at the new KC Current soccer stadium or hop on the streetcar to explore Power and Light District and Union Station. The space
Guest cell phone number is required to be inputted into call box to be able to buzz yourself into building (must be a +1 cell phone number). Please send once booked. Guests must walk up two flights of stairs to the third floor (top floor) to get to the unit.

Some street parking is free every 3 hours during the week, and then free overnight and on weekends (look for the green signs that sat Mon-Fri two hours). Other street parking is paid parking and pricing depends on events in the neighborhood). There is a surface lot that is across the street that is $4 an hour, max 5 hours. They are strict about towing in that lot if you do not pay or go past the 5 hours. There additionally is a garage caddy corner from the loft that is $7 every 24 hours. That parking garage is tied to your license plate though, so if you leave during the day and then come back it will charge you another $7 as you come in.
