Salle is very quick to respond and easy to work with. The apartment is within walking distance of the Lake Street light rail stop. This particular unit is in the basement of the complex so it's a little dark. The parking is convenient and if you have a pet, access to outside is convenient. There is quite a bit of overhead noise when people are staying in the apartment above but it's something you deal with in these older homes or with apartment living. Overall the apartment is well stocked and the building has a lot of character.

Salle was great, got in touch with all the info I needed right away, and was available by phone and helpful when I had a couple questions.

Impeccably clean and orderly, with well-chosen appliances and kitchenware. As on previous visits, a comfortable and quiet haven with easy access to family and friends in Minneapolis and St.Paul.

My partner and I had a comfortable stay at this cozy Minneapolis place. We were in search of a place to stay while we had work done in our home just a few miles away. Salle was super attentive and accommodating from we connected to when we checked out. We also had our French bulldog stay with us. Farley loved the new digs! Great location central to a bustling diverse community. The only thing to be aware of is the creaky floors from the unit above. Sometimes noisy but adds character to the experience!

The studio is exactly as described. Very homey and as comfortable as a basement studio unit can be. Salle has done a good job in providing a livable space. We had an issue with creaky floorboards from the unit above waking us up anytime the occupant walked around. The unit was clean when we showed up and only a few minor maintenance issues like burned out lightbulbs and slow drains. I think three of the units in the building are listed, so it felt like a hotel at times when people were coming or going over the weekends. Overall a pretty good value for price when compared to other private Airbnb units in town and the close location to downtown. Salle was attentive by phone and easy to work with when we had a small issue come up right when we arrived. Thanks!

I had a great time staying at Salle's Condo. The apartment was very clean and cosy, with all the amenities listed in the description. Salle was very attentive in communication via text message, and answered all my questions promptly. I certainly recommend it! It is worth noting that as it is a basement condo, there isn't that much daylight during the day.
