Welcome to the Early American Farmhouse, a beautifully restored 1915 historic home thoughtfully reimagined to deliver an exceptional five-star experience. Like all A Step Back Inn properties, this distinctive residence blends timeless vintage charm with modern luxury, creating an atmosphere of cozy elegance that celebrates the character of a bygone era while providing every contemporary convenience.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features a breathtaking chef's kitchen, spacious connected living and dining areas, a dedicated game and media room, four beautifully appointed bedrooms, and a memorable upstairs Hideaway Bunkie Room featuring four custom-built Twin XL beds beneath a spectacular starry night sky ceiling. Equally beloved by children and adults, this unique space is often the highlight of the home.
Throughout the property, guests will enjoy luxury linens, three full bathrooms with all-natural bath amenities, heated tile floors, Smart Roku TVs, dramatic ambient lighting, integrated USB charging outlets, and individually controlled HVAC systems in every bedroom for personalized comfort.
The first floor was intentionally designed to be wheelchair friendly, featuring a ramped front porch entrance, wider doorways, and a thoughtfully designed primary suite with a zero-threshold roll-in shower and roll-under vanity, making this one of the most accessible vacation homes in the region.
Step outside to discover your own private backyard oasis. A generous, covered porch overlooks a beautifully landscaped gathering space complete with a custom falling-water fountain, outdoor dining area, gas firepit lounge, grill, and atmospheric evening lighting, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or memorable evenings with family and friends.
