i have a furnished bedroom for rent, only 10 minutes from Loreto square and only 5 minutes to he subway Udine metro (email hidden)ere is a big bed and a couch who can get another bed, so 4 people are permitted inside
i provide blankets, pillows, sheets and towels , wifi connection and even the possibility to use my pc that is inside the room.
Here are something you should know before considering :The apartment is cleaned twice a week , I’m sure anyone renting could appreciate that so I would expect a pretty CLEAN renter. The room is not totally empty like an hotel. So just a part of guardarobe and shelves can be used by you. Sometime i could ask you permission to enter(not in the middle of the night!!) to take something i left inside and that i need.easy possibilities of car parking outside.
I like to hang out with my guests, dinner, drinking, clubbing, so you could have this plus "optional"if you want.
I had a lovely time in Milan. The room was very clean and nice -homelike feeling. Andre is easy-going and helpful, so i'd recommend this to anyone. c:
Very friendly, helpful and reliable host
We want to thank Paolo for his hospitality and heartiest welcome. We hope to come back there!
Everything is very nice about this place. Thanks Andrea.
Paolo is a great host and his house is very clean and organized. We really liked staying with him. The neighborhood is very close to the center and you can easily find supermarkets and groceries around. We will definitely consider his place when we visit Milano again. Thanks Andrea.
We had a good stay in Milan. Paolo gave us tips on how to go about town. Close to the Udine metro station. It was only difficult to find open stores and restaurants on a Sunday, but we found good pizza very close by. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
We unfortunately were a bit under the weather for our time in Milan and it was amazing to be staying here. The room was big and clean and the bathroom was the same. Andrea was lovely and although I'm sure he thought we were strange for not going out he was very nice and considerate, didn't bother us but was always there to answer questions and help us out. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a great one-night stay with Paolo. It is a short walk to the Metro station, so we used the Metro to get to the town center with no problems. I was with my wife and daughter and we all felt very safe in the neighborhood and on the Metro.
Paolo met us when we first arrived, loaned us a map, and showed us all the best places to go since we only had one night in Milan.
Great place, great visit. Just what we expected.
We followed Paolo's directions and travelled to his 'pad' by the Metro. We were lucky to be alive after the trek, dragging luggage with us when a cab from the Central Station would have been more sensible and not expensive 14Euro.
Paolo was very helpful in giving us directions to the Metro and investigated some issues we had re getting a stamp on paperwork, as we had bought a leather coat in Florence & needed to organise some paperwork before crossing the Border into Switzerland.
The downside was that the pictures shown are not the actual room we were given to stay in, that is his own room so that was disappointing. Our marks for cleanliness give a fair indication as to what we really thought of our stay with him in Milan and we recommend that he actually bring in a cleaner twice a week as he states that he does, it certainly does not appear that this happens. Pay special attention to the soap scum on the glass shower wall in the bathroom pics for an indication. I sure wish we had ! I'm trying to be fair and full marks for accommodation not worthy of them only downgrades the genuine 5 star places. We think that on cleanliness alone airbnb should re inspect this site.
The place was as described and everything worked fine. It was nice and comfy and the room was spacious. So *thumbs up* for place and location :)
The place is probably around 500-600m from the stop, i had large backpacks, so it felt like forever before i arrived.
For me the only thing that happened was paolo was not around and not knowing the city, i was given directions to pick up the keys at another metro stop assuming it was on the way to the place (but i didnt know was on the opposite direction and almost 10 stops away from the actual accommodation). so imagine carrying all the luggages here and there just to get to the actual place. I guess it was no one to be blamed, since i agreed to pick the keys up elsewhere... so advice to others make sure you check where you are picking the keys up in case the same scenario happens.
