The site sits on a 130 acre parcel with views of the San Juan mountains, The Grand Mesa and the Uncompahgre mountains. We also border over 3,000 acres of BLM lands. Enjoy hiking in the Black Canyon National Park, we are equal distance from the North & South rims. Enjoy the many wineries nearby. Use the telescope provided for epic nights of stargazing!

We are a Coleman sponsored site so everything you need awaits your arrival. 5 gallons of drinking water, 5-6 gallons of washing water, Flashlights, lanterns, fans, Bluetooth speaker, chairs, cooler , wagon, telescope, sun shower , propane grill, dishes for 6 and more!! Just bring ice for cooler, towels for shower and your food & beverages!
