The Tulip Tree sleeps 4 and is conveniently located two blocks from the Alberta Street shopping and dining strip. Great home base for exploring with short rides to downtown + transit access. The apartment has free on-street parking just outside and includes a mini-kitchen with full refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection microwave and dishwasher.

The space
The space includes a living room/kitchen area with a peninsula for eating or working. The 3/4 bath has a vanity, shower with hand shower, and toilet with bidet seat. The private bedroom has a small closet, queen sized hybrid spring/foam mattress and 50” TV. The couch pulls out to make an approximately full sized bed.

Guest access
The apartment is a completely separate unit in the basement of the main house. It is accessed via the side gate, down a set of exterior stairs and through its main entry door. The lock is an electronic keypad lock with a new code for each guest. The backyard space is shared.

Other things to note
Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 7:00 am. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or outside on the property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk. There is a $400 charge if necessary for remediation of smoke or other odors.

The walls are ceiling are extensively soundproofed and insulated for optimal comfort.
