Todd's hotel is a really nice place. It was better that i expected. The room is really confortable with all i needed, kitchenette and personal bathroom.
I really recomend todd's hotel.
La situation était idéale, centre ville.
Par contre la chambre ne correspondait pas à notre demande, pour 3 adultes un seul lit double était prévu, il a donc rajouté un lit pliant au confort très sommaire.
La salle de bain est très exigue.
A very, very disappointing experience. Boutique hotel this is not! Our room was small, the kitchenette was inadequate and poorly equipped and the en-suite was a cupboard. Simply unacceptable.
Had a lovely time at this apartment in Charlottetown. The location was perfect, such a short walk to all the shops. The apartment was very charming and tidy, Todd was very sweet offering some great tips on places to go and things to see. Thank you for having me!
Checking in was difficult and confusing. We found the room to be quite spartan and it did not appear as advertised in the photos. The bedding was inadequate and the bathroom was barely usable because of low water pressure. The bathroom lighting was wired to the main lighting in the room and did not have a separate switch. We have stayed in a great number of AIRBNB accommodations and this was a disappointing experience. We found Todd friendly enough and engaging and perhaps some of the other rooms may have better met our needs. The pricing appears problematic as all the rooms listed are the same price regardless of the quality of the room. If you're looking for a place and have minimal needs this may work well for you. We loved the location as it was in walking distance from downtown.
Didn't get to meet Todd but met his friendly assistant Larry. They were flexible on check in time which was a huge plus since we were driving from Ontario. Larry also easily accommodated our need for a cot which was extremely comfortable. The room was clean, so were the linens and towels. Just a block or so from David's tea and Starbucks, which was a must in the morning! The room was small but comfortable enough for the three of us to share for one night, absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

I am an islander, a dad, and a husband. I run a small hotel in town. That and the family keep me pretty busy. I enjoy the beach, travelling and meeting new people.
I wish to travel the world someday and learn about different cultures. I am very curious and like to know how things work. I am easy to please and enjoy a good time among friends and family.
