Location is great, very close to restaurants and bars. Suite 2 had an extremely small bathroom, was barely able to stand and use the sink. Check-in process was also difficult, host asked us for further confirmation details well after we had already checked in.

Very nice place, but I chose a room with a four poster bed and a large bathroom and this was not the room that we got. The bathroom was tiny house small, my feet were almost in the shower when I sat on the toilet.

Staying at Suites of Euston was nice, especially for the money. The room was gorgeous and the bed was comfortable. The building maybe isn't in the greatest of shape, but that was fine. Check in and out was easy as well. The two things that were problems during our stay were the shower and the thin walls of the hotel. The shower had very low pressure and alternated between cold and hot, making it difficult to have even a short but comfortable shower. Because it's a hotel, we expected other guests to be present, but the walls and ceiling are very thin and don't block much sound. There were guests that came in very late (1:30 am) and we could hear their conversation above us quite loudly and clearly. The couple had quiet-ish sex but their bed was very loud and the entire house shook, which kept us awake.

After I paid and arrived on my first night, the owner tried to tell me that there was an additional "pet fee" that was NOT listed on the air bnb site. When I reserved this spot, I checked the box that said traveling with pets. There was no mention of an additional fee on the air bnb website. So after I checked in, Todd (owner) and the man running the air bnb, tried to tell me there was an additional pet fee, and it was $10/pet PER night. I had my two small dogs with me and had booked a room for 3 nights. This would've been an additional $60 dollars and I would not have booked here in the first place had the original air bnb website stated that there would be an additional fee. After refusing to pay the guy running the air bnb, I had Todd phone me to discuss this "fee". He would not drop it and finally after a long discussion about how you cannot just charge people an additional fee after they have paid, especially when it is not stated, I agreed to pay $5 per pet per night just so I could get off the phone with this crooked individual. The guy that runs the air bnb came upstairs to collect the $30 and I gave him $40 and not did receive change. The next morning I was due to checkout and I asked for my $10 change before leaving, and he still did not have the money for me. I left several messages for Todd about returning the money that was owed to me and he would not respond. Because of this shady person, I would NOT recommend staying here. Even though the location is prime, Todd is clearly not a good human. I was also told after I checked in with my dogs, that I would need to take my dogs with me whenever I left the apartment. This is not exactly realistic and if the rules are that strict then maybe there should be mention of this on the website. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Pro's: Great Location. Just a short walk to most attractions in Charlottetown Con's: Garbage in back of property fouls up the outside sitting area. TV is mounted on a wall that makes it difficult to watch from the bed. TV reception is via Kodi (a web based app that is confusing to use). Breakfast is not provided but it is available at restaurants nearby. On our 2 week east coast visit, this was the most expensive and least impressive accommodation. If I was to return to Charlottetown, I would consider staying at the Quality Inn.

I am an islander, a dad, and a husband. I run a small hotel in town. That and the family keep me pretty busy. I enjoy the beach, travelling and meeting new people.
I wish to travel the world someday and learn about different cultures. I am very curious and like to know how things work. I am easy to please and enjoy a good time among friends and family.
