This amazing and spacious studio is right in the heart of the U Street Corridor. The apartment is brand new and super clean. There are separate kitchen, living and dressing areas and there is an incredible view of Meridian Park from the large windows that line the apartment. This is a spacious apartment that has what you need without the clutter.
All Hotel Amenities are Included:
-Clean Fluffy Towels
-Freshly Cleaned Top Quality Sheets
-Warm Down Comforter
-Fresh Coffee and Tea
-Flat Screen HD TV and Cable
Expect a good nights sleep and a comfortable place to come home to. The queen sized bed has a huge fluffy down comforter and lots of pillows. There is an over-sized club chair to kick back and watch TV and a large sturdy dining table with plenty of room and a view of the park - a great way to enjoy a home cooked meal or some take-out from one of the many great restaurants in the area. The kitchen is stocked with plates, wine glasses, cookware and seasonings and there are a wide range of restaurants that deliver to the apartment.
The apartment is in a great location and central to several DC neighborhoods. Smack dab in the crossroads of Adams Morgan, U Street, Columbia Heights and Dupont you can shop, you can eat, you can party or you can just cozy up and spend the entire day lounging around the park.
The entire apartment is sunny, clean and serves as a perfect little retreat right. It is quiet and peaceful and you control the temperature. Better than a hotel room: you get to stay in a well-situated building in a nice low-key residential area plus you get a full kitchen with brand new appliances and the privacy that is hard to come by in a busy DC hotel.
You also get a roof deck. You can hang out up there and take in a 360 degree view of beautiful DC.
There are two Zipcar spaces in the parking lot outside and several Capital Bikeshare stands near by. If you rent a car or drive in, parking is available on the street and it is free! The building sits one of the last streets left in DC without parking meters. The only restriction is a street cleaning on Monday mornings meaning you would have to move it out of the space for about 1/2 hour. Street parking typically can be a pain, but somehow there are always spaces available on this street.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people. I am happy to have more if you'd like, there is a huge, deluxe air mattress in the unit - it is queen-sized, nice and high off the ground and sleeps two people easily. My guests have been surprised by how much it feels like a real bed.
I am friendly, laid back and accommodating. I am well-organized and always available for questions or recommendations. I have been doing this for years and I truly want you to have a great visit to the city I love.
Please contact me with any questions. I will get back to you asap. Pricing is negotiable for long-term stays. 2 night minimum for holiday stays.
Thank you for looking :)

Brynn's apartment was great - JUST as advertised. It's in a super cute location, very Metro accessible, and just around the corner from a ton of great restaurants and bars on 14th st. The apartment is ridiculously clean and well-kept and had everything we needed.
Also, Brynn could not be more sweet! She was SUPER responsive to my texts and she had left us a cute little note on our arrival.
When we go back to DC (which will hopefully be very soon!) we'll definitely be booking Brynn's place. We loved it!
My husband and I stayed at Brynn's apartment over New Year's. It was a rather last minute booking and Brynn's quick responses were impressive. She remained very contactable during our stay which I appreciated. She was very sweet - we received a welcome card when we arrived. Even though we didn't meet at all, I felt her warm welcome.
Her apartment is bigger than the typical hotel room with a view that made it feel even more spacious. The kitchen was a fully functioning kitchen that I thoroughly used. Only suggestion I have is for her to add an electric kettle as I'm used to boiling my water.
We walked to the zoo which was about 1.5 km away. The walk was nice. There were interesting shops on 18th street, and the heritage trail along Adam Morgan's kept things interesting. The Smithsonian Zoo is a MUST SEE.
The apartment is a direct street to the White House. We took the S2 / S4 to the federal triangle. $1.80 if u pay in cash. We cabbed back home from the White House and the metered fare was around $9 (before tips).
The stay was soooo enjoyable we asked to extend it, but unfortunately the place was booked.
Thanks sooo much Brynn! It was lovely communicating with you.
Amazing place! Clean & tidy, fully functional, warm in winter! Nice confy bathroom and fully equiped kitchen. Very important -> confortable and resistent bed, for big people. Though it's not located in downtown you can easily get there by bus. And it's near cool restobars which we enjoyed a lot. The view to the park across the street is nice and even funny when squirrels show up. Though we didn't meet her, Brynn was very kind and gentle when we spoke.
The apartment was all we were looking for and I absolutely recommend it. Thanks Brynn, if we come back I won't hesitate to rent it again!!
Very clean and comfortable place. The location is good. You can get to Museum areas by walking and taking subway for 20 minutes altogether.
There was much and variety of cooking equipment and we enjoyed cooking by ourselves.
Brynn was so kind and very easy to contact. We stayed there around Christmas. And Brynn responded to me very soon even on Christmas Eve.
One small problem is that the room was kind of small to accommodate four people. I recommend you that you stay three people altogether at most.
Thanks, Brynn. I'll stay there again when I visit Washington D.C.
The apartment is exactly as stated and very organized. Brynn is exceptionally quick at responding, very thoughtful and open to feedback.
We had a great time at Brynn's place! Flawless!
Brynn is the perfect hostess. Stayed at her place for 2 weeks, and really enjoyed the convenience of the location. The park is a delight to wander around, and there's many fun places close by. Would happily recommend the place to anyone. Thanks Brynn.
A cute and cosy apartment in a great location. Only a short walk to the metro, supermarket, and some great restaurants. Brynn responded to all emails and messages very quickly, and was very helpful with her advice. If ever visiting DC on holidays again, we wouldn't hesitate staying here.
Brynn's place is great! Great location and awesome view. Very quiet and comfortable.
The apt is exactly as shown in the photos. Brynn is very helpful and well organised. Metro station is 10 minutes walk and there is parking for 6 $ per day. Nice view from the rooftop although it was breezy. It was cool....
