This is a lovely, small apartment in an arts district. It is a converted garage and the owners have done a lovely job with the decor. There is room enough for two people but not any more than that. You couldn't cook a big meal in the kitchen but who would want to with all the wonderful restaurants so close by. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The bathroom is spacious and the bed is delightfully comfortable. There is WiFi and it works very well. Nice outdoor patio and there is an above ground pool. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to be close to downtown.
Nicole and Ron are helpful and considerate hosts, and their guesthouse is charming. We loved their clever and creative reuse of everyday objects, and also appreciated the original artwork on the walls. The F.Q. Story Historic District is incredibly appealing. There is convenient freeway access to the entire region, plus an arts district nearby with shops and restaurants. And the delicious (and addictive) El Norteno Taqueria is only about 1.5 blocks away.
This Urban Hideaway was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Nicole and Ron were great hosts and their communication was excellent. The Hideaway was clean, private and well-equipped. It was just a short 5 min cab ride from the downtown convention center and in a great neighborhood. The pictures give a perfect representation of the place. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks!
This is the perfect Phoenix space for one or two people. Completely private and very comfortable, I was really happy during my week long stay. Nicole and Ron are friendly, helpful, and ready to take care of all your needs and answer all your questions. I would definitely come back again.
Charming, safe casita. Excellent neighbourhood and convenient location. We enjoyed our stay, and we weren't ready to leave!
Perfect space, great location, and awesome hosts. Highly recommended. =D
I had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Ron's casita! The place is wonderfully decorated; I love the rustic decor! It was also very accurate with their posted photos. I really appreciated all the amenities they provided, especially the refrigerator, microwave, and all the pillow options. Their place was perfect for lounging around in since their living room was so homely and their entire place was so clean in general. They even had board games and books! I definitely referenced all their brochures and printouts for things to do in Phoenix. Lastly, communication with Nicole and Ron was great; they were prompt to respond electronically, made themselves available during our stay, were very courteous, and took extra steps to provide us with additional information about Phoenix we were interested in. I will definitely recommend them to any friends visiting Phoenix!
We had a wonderful stay! Great location in downtown Phoenix and the place is absolutely adorable. Love the way it is decorated and it has all the amenities you need. The bed is very comfortable and the linens and towels are high quality. There is a washer dryer if you need it and a cute little outdoor patio area for enjoying the warm weather. Highly recommend!
