With less than a minute’s stroll to the beach or Macrossan Street's restaurants and less than a 5 minute stroll to the Marina and the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, this is a highly sought after and unique location that not only offers a quiet setting for a good night's sleep and relaxation but also remains so close to all that Port Douglas has to offer.
One of the two Sunseeker Premium Collection Apartments available on (website hidden), inside, the penthouse has sweeping high ceilings, is light and bright and has been fully refurbished and refurnished including new quality beds for extra comfort.
The large living area has stunning high ceilings, furnished with a designer chaise lounge, flat screen TV, stereo system and DVD Player. The private balcony which flows from the living area, looks out over a fringe of tropical vegetation; with a small outdoor setting it is the perfect spot for breakfast with the birds, an afternoon drink or cooking a barbeque on your Weber Q barbeque. Branching off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and a six seat glass dining setting. Quartz stone floors and an entry foyer that has a vaulted ceiling and a sweeping staircase up to the levels beyond make this a truly premium holiday offering.
All rooms are fully air conditioned, with both bedrooms featuring a private ensuite and built in robes. The guest bedroom on level one has a beautiful corner window looking out to the lush tropical gardens surrounding the building. Its two king single beds can be zipped to make a king size bed, making this the ideal getaway for couples. The master bedroom, with queen size bed, is situated on the second level and has the added luxury of a spa bath. With stunning views up to the nearby hills and Murphy Street it also has shutters that open up the room to the sweeping ceilings of the living area below and the gardens beyond. Level three opens out to your own private roof top terrace, sundeck and outdoor dining area with stunning views of the mountains and good glimpses of the coral sea through palm trees.

The Property is to be used strictly as a residential premises by the Guest(s) and the number of occupants nominated on the Guest Registration Form and not for any other purpose or by any greater number of occupants. If guests exceed the number of nominated guests, each additional guest will be charged at $100 per night.
The use of the Property for functions, parties or other like gatherings is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The use of the Property for such events or other than as a residential premises will result in the termination of your reservation of the Property, your removal from the Property and other costs or expenses (including a Function Fee of $4000) being debited to the credit card(s) provided.
The Guest(s) and all other occupants or visitors of the Property will comply with all Body Corporate by-laws and rules applicable to the Property of which regulate the behaviour of occupants of the Property. The Guest(s) and all other occupants and visitors of the Property will not create or permit any noise or other nuisance to occur within or emanate from the Property. Failure to comply with Body Corporate by-laws or rules or the creation or occurrence of noise or other nuisance in or from the Property, may result in the termination of your reservation of the Property and your removal from the Property. Adam's local contact Karen met with us to check in and was very helpful. The unit was immaculate & suited our family perfectly. Brief stroll to the beach and main street, made it the ideal location. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or host.

Great apartment in a perfect location, only footsteps away from Four Mile Beach and from Macrossan Street, the heart of Port Douglas, yet still private and quiet. The apartment is as described, clean and lots of nice touches, such as toiletries in both bathrooms, capsules for the Nespresso machine, etc.
Beach towels and umbrellas were a nice touch too.
Karen, who met us at the property, was very welcoming, informative and helpful. We arrived just as cyclone Nathan was about to hit and Karen kept us well informed throughout (fortunately it changed direction and missed Port Douglas).
Great location for exploring the rain forest and reef and, if you want to eat or drink out, much better located than the major hotels which would all require driving/taxis to get to the main eating and drinking area.

We had a fantastic time in Adam's luxurious penthouse apartment. It was incredibly spacious and very well equipped. The air con made staying in the tropical heat very comfortable.
The bathrooms were lovely. All beds were really comfy. The complimentary bubbles were divine too.
The pool was so fun as well. We had just the best time. If you want to see the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest then this is best option for all! I can't speak highly enough of this place and of Adam and Santuary for the help!
The apartment is very spacious, light and airy. A great location for walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. We greatly appreciated the air conditioning in the hot Port Douglas Summer. The apartment is well equipped. Convenient covered parking. I would definitely recommend staying in Adam's apartment.

Thank you Adam for a wonderful stay at your 2 B'room Penthouse. We all had a wonderful time & loved your Apartment especially the spaciousness & beautiful ambient for 3 Adults. The location was perfect being a skip, hop & jump into Macrossan St & so close to the beach, & a very peaceful location particularly being so close to town.
My only suggestion would be for some airtight containers/bowls be added to the Kichen & extra Salad Bowls as well. We did notice that the remote for the Stereo was missing as well as an issue with the upstairs Air Conditioner dripping, nothing that a service would fix. The Rooftop area was a lot smaller than expected & did look more spacious in the photos on this site. ven though we didn't have anyone staying in the adjacent Apartment, some form of screening would definitely give some privacy being such an open area.

I would be only to happy to stay again & highly recommended this Apartment to all.
