Welcome to Vineyards on Victoria — a private estate in Hout Bay, just 20 minutes from Cape Town.

This manor offers four spacious bedrooms, mountain views, and multiple spaces to unwind or connect. Perfect for a family/friend getaway or a focused workcation.

The space
Upon entering the ground level, you're greeted by an inviting entrance hall that sets the tone for your stay. The open-plan lounge offers a comfortable space to relax, create memories, and enjoy conversations. The spacious kitchen with a dining area is perfect for culinary adventures and leads to a veranda with breathtaking views of the vineyard, valley, and mountains.

The master suite provides a comfortable retreat with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom suite, also with an en-suite bathroom, offers privacy for guests. A well-equipped scullery adds to the convenience and functionality of the estate.

On the upper level, you'll find two additional bedroom suites, each featuring a sitting room, bedroom, and a private bathroom. They also have small kitchenettes. The balconies provide a serene setting for a coffee or a romantic evening under the stars.

A staircase and walkways through the vineyards lead to a large, sunny pool area.

A small cottage on site (also on Airbnb) can host two more guests, so please expect others on the property.

Our property is hidden away on a hillside in Hout Bay, less than a 5-minute drive from the beach. The property is easily accessible by car and public transport. Shops and restaurants in Hout Bay are just a 2-minute drive down the road. Restaurants in Camps Bay and wineries in Constantia are a mere 15-minute drive away.

WATER & ELECTRICITY:
We have our own water and solar power, so electricity outages and water trouble in Hout Bay will not affect our guests.

In addition to an idyllically located cottage in the vineyard, this winery also offers an old Capphunänd mansion that can be booked in different ways. I would be very happy to welcome you as guests!
