Luc and Alison were the kindest hosts. Place is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Great hospitality! What more can one ask for.
Was an amazing first experience using airbnb! Very welcoming, I felt at home right away! Perfect for music lovers
We had a delightful time staying with Luc, Allison, and Abby. Their home is lovely and in a very good location - walking distance to a metro stop, some great coffee shops, several nice parks, groceries, a pharmacy, and many restaurants. Abby welcomed us when we arrived and did a good job showing us around the house. During our stay we were able to use the fridge, prepare some food in the kitchen, enjoy complimentary coffee and bagels, and do laundry, as the listing describes. We had several good conversations with each household member and really felt welcome. Staying with this family was really one of the highlights of the trip.
I had a fantastic time staying with Alison and Luc... they were both respectful of my time, but also engaging as hosts. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had a very positive experience. Luc and Allison were a good fit for me with shared interests. Their home is in the neighborhood I would live in. Close to everything especially the parks. The house is cluttered but comfortable. Although the family scares a single bathroom, it was never a problem in the 6 nights I was there. I left feeling warm toward both my hosts
It was only for a weekend, but I really enjoyed staying at Luc & Alision's place. Very smooth check-in, and greeted warmly. Luc and Alison were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The house was conveniently located near two metro stations, and I could walk to downtown with no problem. Quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and comfy. I would love to stay again when I get another change to visit Montreal.
Luck and Alison were great hosts. Very accommodating. Their place worked great for what we needed. They have us good soap! The fancy kind. They were very helpful.
The location is really great. Everything is pretty walkable or bikable from their place. It's in a cool neighbourhood.
The hosts make you feel welcome.
The bagels for breakfast are a nice touch. We fully recommend this place!

I'm a full time musician and I live here with my therapist girlfriend Alison. We met online over 4 years ago and we our now solidly hooked to each other ( in a healthy way...) I've travelled quite a bit and at one time was thinking of living in Shanghai, China. I was attracted to living in a new culture/language, but as it turns out, I love Montreal and I'm setting my roots here. I play woodwinds i.e. saxophones, flute and clarinet. I also sing and play some percussions. My instruments are my kids: I have to work at keeping them on the right path, but as they get older they require less maintenance.
Alison is a great and talented woman, has beautiful kind heart. We are both fun loving, open minded and respectful.
