History meets comfort in our 2BR, 1BA Historic District condo! This corner unit is in the heart of downtown with a stunning view of St. John the Baptist Cathedral. Our designer was meticulous in preserving historic details like the heart pine floors and brick walls while updating the space for today's travelers. You'll be torn between relaxing in style and diving into everything the city has to offer right outside the door. Coveted garage parking space is free with the space too!

This two-bedroom, one bath condo in the heart of downtown truly captures the quintessential Savannah experience, where historic, Southern charm meets modern luxury! Retreat to the spacious bedrooms featuring a king-sized bed made up with fresh, crisp white linens. The living room is the perfect space to sit back, relax, and gather! Stay connected with fast WiFi and enjoy entertainment on flat-screen Smart TVs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and is meticulously renovated, to ensure you have all the modern conveniences of home. Brew up a fresh cup of coffee (or pour yourself a glass of wine after a long day of exploring) and step out to the small balcony, overlooking the most gorgeous view of the famous Cathedral of St. John the Baptist...an architectural treat! Or take a stroll down Liberty St, the live-oak lined avenue that oozes Southern ambiance and gives you the perfect jumping off spot to enjoy the city!

Situated on the third floor, our condo offers a shared laundry room in the downstairs foyer for your convenience. A parking space in a nearby garage is included, making your stay hassle-free. We are perched right above Belem de la Cruz, the most delicious empanada spot, and in the same building as Littles on Liberty, the oh-so-famous (and incredibly adorable!) children's boutique! Revel in the unbeatable location, surrounded by the vibrant energy of downtown Savannah. The entire third floor condo is all yours! While this condo is entirely separate from the second floor condo (there are no shared spaces, except the laundry room, which is located on the first floor, in the foyer area) we do always like to make guests aware that other guests will likely be staying in the unit below you as well. Please be a considerate upstairs neighbor!

The BEST part of our home? The location! We are in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, making the best places to dine, drink, and explore super accessible! We are perched atop Belen de la Cruz, who serve the most incredible empanadas you could imagine and right next door to Littles on Liberty...an absolutely charming shop filled with the cutest children's clothes and accessories! To see an aerial shot of our location, take a look at the exterior photos of our home for the best reference...steps from the Cathedral! We are with a 15 minute walk from the Savannah Riverfront, City Market, The Olde Pink House, Clary's, The Fountain at Forsyth Park, Mrs. Wilkes, and the Colonial Park Cemetery! Better yet, all of Savannah's beautiful squares are right outside of your door...perfect for exploring both the beautiful live oaks with their hanging moss as well as the historic architecture that frames each one! Want to check out SCAD? We are within walking distance to almost all of their downtown campus buildings!
