This cute house located in the Alberta Arts District was a great stay for our small group of 3. It was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. Nothing is too far away in Portland so the location was great. Toby was accommodating of our travel plans and followed up with us to make sure our stay was going well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood to stay at.
The location is great for visiting our family in Portland and being around places of interest for something to do and grabbing coffee and/or a bite-to-eat. The house is cozy, comfortable and just the right size for the activities we had planned. Parking is good and the neighborhood is pleasant.
My sisters and I had a great stay at Toby's place. Their house had everything we needed - comfortable beds, nice well equipped kitchen, TV with Netflix, and a very friendly cat. We lucked out and stayed the day of the Alberta Arts Street Fair. There were tons of vendors and food trucks within a short walk. The neighborhood appears to be up and coming. There were some boarded up houses but we felt completely safe during our stay and had great interactions with several neighbors nearby. We had a great time!!
Two girlfriends and I stayed at Toby's house on a short weekend trip to Portland, and we would absolutely stay there again! Toby was very easy to coordinate with, the house was spacious and clean, and he shared excellent restaurant recommendations as well.
This little bungalow was a perfect place to use use as a home base for my stay with two twelve year olds. Alberta Street had lots of places to eat, groceries etc. were all close by and it was also easy to access any of the sites in Portland.
The place was very clean and cozy.
