This is The Cabin at Laurelwood, a stylish cabin with 3 beds, 2 baths and plenty of space to create long-lasting memories.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by National Land.

You will be close to everything:
- Downtown Truckee (7 min)
- Donner Lake (10 min)
- Lake Tahoe (21 min)

The space
Elevated A-frame cabin with:

3 bedrooms:
- 1 King (Tempurpedic Medium Mattress)
- 1 Queen (Tempurpedic Firm Mattress)
- 1 Bunk + 1 single bed
(+ Sofa bed in the TV room)

2 full bathrooms

TV Room + Office Space
- Equipped with TV, Atari Game Console and Apple TV.
- Working Desk with monitor for home office.
- Cool Books
- Super comfy sofa bed

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with dining table (seats 8 people), coffee and expresso machine, and cool accessories as fondue maker, waffle maker and more.

Patio (available from April till October, closed during Winter season due to snow):
Patio is integrated with living room by large glass sliding door it has beautiful wood views and BBQ grill (propane) in patio.

For the fun times:
- Board games for kids and adults
- Jigsaw puzzles
- Slackline with kids add ons (April through October)
- Hammock (April through October)

Driveway (uncovered):
- Fits 2 large cars. Street parking is not allowed during winter due to snow plow services.
- Tesla Universal EV Charger (NACS and J1772)

Guest access
Entire house except for exterior shed where I store my tools/personal property.

What to expect:

Comfy beds (warm as a hug), the chair to relax and read a book, a beautiful fire place to keep you warm during during winter, mugs that match our house mood and a delicious selection of teas for you to enjoy.

During summer time you will enjoy our patio vibes and starry nights. During winter you will find yourself surrounded by the snow magic. Spring and Fall are wonderful seasons (shhh').
