We are nicely located East of Center TX near Toledo Bend reservoir and recreation area and Sam Rayburn National Forest and recreation area. We are 60 miles from Shreveport and 40 miles from Nacogdoches.

The space
Bring the whole family to this peaceful and spacious house with hardwood floors and a work/office area. The house sits on nearly 6 acres with an RV park. There's a little pond that has turtles and fish in it. guests are welcome to bring their poles and see what they can catch.

Other things to note
I use natural cleaning products as much as possible. After every guest I run an air purifier. I ensure that everything is sanitize between each guest as well.

We have recently added a reverse osmosis system to the cold water in the kitchen. Our guests can now enjoy clean water for cooking and drinking!

My husband and I are new to the area and are learning things as we go. I'm also new to hosting and I'm working on improvements to the house as I go. If there is something I could do better please let me know.

We have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. We lived in a motorhome for 2.5 years so we could travel and spend more time with our grandkids. We moved to Hot Springs SD May of 2025 for the opportunity of a lifetime to own the beautiful Sunrise Ridge Campground and a little piece of heaven in the Black Hills. I love sharing my favorite places with guests and helping them enjoy the beauty that makes the Black Hills so amazing.
