When you drive up to this beautiful coastal home, the first thing that you will notice about the retreat is the stunning wraparound front porches! That's right, there are multiple levels of wrap around decks! We might be biased, but we think that this is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, play games, and relax with friends and family! This three-story home has high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light! Thanks to multiple sitting areas, you will never be lacking for a space to gather around for games, good conversations, or creating the days plan for exploring Bethany Beach! Experience a restful nights sleep in our dreamy and beautifully-decorated bedrooms, to keep you recharged for all that your days at Bethany Beach will hold.
We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

Hi there, my name is Landon! We have a company called BNB Breeze. We have really good online reviews come and check us out. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there AirBNBs and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
