The Space

Columns apartment is a duplex apartment situated in a former convent retrofitted for housing that is located in the district of La Alameda, in the historical and commercial center of Seville.
The Alameda (email hidden)ly district, chosen by young artists (musicians, painters ...) and young professionals (architects, fashion designers, doctors ...) to live in it.
Full of bars and restaurants with character, where a crowd of young people, of various nationalities, is to share his moments of friendship, fun and entertainment.
An old French-style mansion known as "La Casa de Las Sirenas” and the Roman Columns that adorn the “Paseo de La Alameda”, give character and personality to this area of Seville.
Our duplex is quiet, tastefully furnished and decorated with modern paintings and bold, avant-garde works of painters known.
The apartment consists of living room with dining area, kitchen with patio, two bathrooms and three bedrooms: two single beds in each.
The total capacity is 6 people.
On the ground floor is the living room, from where you can admire the beautiful courtyard of columns of the old convent. Also there is the kitchen, a patio and a small toilet.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, with large oak cabinets. A full bathroom.
Given the location of the apartment you can explore the city on foot, without public transport.
The Guadalquivir River, The Cathedral, The Towers Giralda and Torre del Oro, The Alcazar, the Museum of Fine Arts, The Palace known as "La casa de Pilatos”… all buildings on the route of Mudejar art ... and anything that you can visit in Sevilla, are within walking distance of this unique residence.

The apartment is located just fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport. The taxi fare is € 25 airport-city center.

For their daily lives in the apartment, you can find nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and, above all, good restaurants for every budget and taste.
If arriving by car can park on the street without problems, there is no need parking.

  • It was easy to contact Maria who was a pleasant host. It (email hidden)ly area with numerous students and in easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Seville. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Facilities included a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet (rather than two bathrooms). Parking on the adjoining streets can be a nightmare. If you actually find a space in the narrow streets there is every chance it will get a knock or be blocked in. Park a little further away near the river.

  • Very pretty and peaceful house in convenient part of Seville. The rooftop is a great place to chill out pre-evening. Maria was very helpful and flexible.

  • Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Trotz unserer Verspätung und Verschiebung des check in hat alles gut geklappt und Maria war sehr flexibel was die check in und check out Zeiten angeht. Die Lage des Appartements ist toll. Sehr zentral gelegen, ein guter Supermarkt um die Ecke und eine Straße weiter eine Bushaltestelle, an der sogar die Touri-Busse halten. Trotzdem konnte man auch ohne Bus alles recht gut per Fuß erreichen. Maria hatte uns auch eine kleine Karte parat, wo das Appartement und die Sehenswürdigkeiten eingezeichnet waren. Das Appartement war sauber und schön. Im Grunde war alles notwendige vorhanden. Zur Dachterrasse (von hier aus hat man einen tollen Blick) geht bis auf das letzte Stockwerk ein Fahrstuhl, sodass man morgens und abends auch toll draußen essen konnte. Die Ganze Anlage in der sich das Appartement befand war gepflegt. Das Auto mussten wir etwas entfernt an einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abstellen, der aber kostenlos war. Zu Fuß waren es dorthin ca. 15 - 20 Minuten.

  • Maria was a great host, and helped us settle in when we arrived. The apartment was comfortable and the roof terrace was fabulous in the sunshine and for a BBQ.

  • We had a wonderfull time in Sevilla and in Calle de Jesús del Gran Poder 93 with six persons. The apartment corresponded to our expectations. Especially the quality of the beds and the kitchen equipment was good. The street is quiet and the neighborhood lively. The distance to the inner city is a good walk. We recommend this apartment!

  • Very nice appartement. We can highly recomment. But nevertheless we do have some small comments. The dining room furniture is for 5 or 6 persons not very adequate and the same is to say for the cutlery and the dinner service.We did not met Maria and in an airb&b you expect to meet the owner when you arrive and when leave.

  • A lovely, well appointed and situated apartment, convenient to a great part of town and the principal sites and offerings of Seville. Maria the field all of her obligations, meeting us promptly and providing us with all the information necessary to have an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

  • Appartement très bien situé: en plein centre tout en demeurant à l'écart car situé au sein d'une maison typiquement arabo-andalouse, autour d'un patio. Commerces et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Accueil parfait et très arrangeant, prix très corrects compte tenu des prestations et de la période (semaine sainte). Seul inconvénient: l'appartement est un peu sombre mais spacieux et bien distribué, ce qui permet trois chambres parfaitement indépendantes. La terrasse, elle, est indépendante de l'appartement et on y accède par un ascenseur; (on en fait assez peu d'usage, compte tenu des températures et de la proximité immédiate de terrasses alentours.) Le tout est idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs ou en famille.

  • This is a great location, next door to lots of bars and restaurants, with a lovely shared roof terrace. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.
