The space
Sleeping 12 guests comfortably, Hayden House is equipped with large indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to house all of you and your travel companions' needs. Take your vacation to the next level in this one-of-a-kind space, which includes:
- Bedroom 1: California King Bed with TV
- Bedroom 2: California King Bed.
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and Twin Bed with TV.
- Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds that can be converted to King with TV.
- Living Room: Sofa Sleeper
- PLUS 2 Twin-sized folding cots with plush mattresses can also be found in the closets of Bedroom 2 and 4! Cots can be placed in whichever room is convenient. (Cots can be set up prior to arrival upon request. Additional sheets, pillows, and blankets are available.)
- Exterior: patio, pool, hot tub, grill, and gas fire pit.
*A Graco Pack ‘n-Play for infants is available at the property. Please bring your own sheets! Will require setup upon arrival and takedown before checkout.*
THE POOL/HOT TUB ARE HEATED FOR FREE during your stay! HOWEVER, pool & hot tub temperatures will fluctuate depending on seasonal weather, particularly if the outside temp is near or above 100°. To respect quiet hours and conserve energy, the hot tub heater is set to turn to a lower temp at 10:45pm on weeknights and 11:45pm on weekends. Pool maintenance is also required bi-weekly. If your stay overlaps with a Monday or Thursday morning/afternoon, the servicing crew will need to enter the yard. They will announce their arrival and enter through the side gate. They will be at the property for about 10 minutes and there is no downtime for using the pool after maintenance!

*SUMMER MONTHS POOL & HOT TUB DISCLAIMER*
In the summer, the pool isn’t heated (and trust us, you won’t want it to be!) and can’t be cooled. For your safety, the hot tub will only turn on if it’s under 98°F outside, as the system can’t activate the heater when the exterior temperature is that high. Even if we could, heating the hot tub when temps exceed 98°F would make the pool uncomfortably warm.

Other things to note
House Rules/Restrictions:
- No pets.
- No additional guests outside of those staying at Hayden House. Unregistered guests are subject to reservation cancellation which may result in immediate checkout. Additional fees apply for guest counts of 11+ due to extended cleaning required for additional cots used.
- No house parties or events.
- No loud music or conversation after quiet hours – Quiet hours begin at 9:00pm on weekdays and 10:00pm on weekends. More than one complaint from neighbors and/or authorities may result in immediate check-out depending on the circumstances.
- No smoking/drugs – Hayden House has a strict no-smoking policy. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, dab pens, and marijuana. If any evidence of smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is detected on the premises, reservations may be canceled and additional fees will apply.
- Do not move the disco balls from the fireplace, if they are moved or damaged additional fees will apply.
- No moving, rearranging, or tampering with furniture or decor.
- Do not tape any decorations to wallpapered walls. If tape is applied and wallpaper is damaged additional fees will apply for repair. Ceiling hooks are installed in primary locations to be used for hanging decorations. Please be mindful of the amount of weight bearing on the hooks and be gentle when hanging decor.
Pool & Hot Tub Rules/Restrictions:
- NO DIVING!
- No glass allowed in or near the pool/hot tub. Please use the provided plastic cups. If any evidence of glass is found in or near the pool additional fees will apply.
- No tampering with the hot tub/pool control system. If the configured settings are disrupted or changed, fees may apply to cover incurred costs caused by the system changes.
- No food in or near the pool/hot tub.
- Swimsuits required.
- Please use the provided pool towels.
- No roughhousing, running, or unsafe play in or around the pool.
- For your safety, no jumping, diving, walking, or standing atop of the waterfall feature, exterior walls, or the ledge between the hot tub and pool.
- The pool/hot tub is not gated. Children should be supervised at all times.
- Guests are responsible for any injuries resulting from engaging in prohibited activities.
- Limit time spent in the hot tub to 15-20 minutes at a time.
Disclaimer: For your safety, a Ring video system has been installed at the front door, driveway, and side of the house in the backyard for EXTERIOR MONITORING ONLY. A NoiseAware decibel reader is also active at the property and will alert us to excessive interior and exterior noise volumes after quiet hours. You may be notified by us if noise exceeds reasonable decibel levels extending past designated quiet hours particularly outside.
