I stayed here with 6 other girl friends early January 2014. Janet has a great place in a great location! Very clean and modern. She provided us a couple of air mattresses to sleep on, and there was plenty of room for all 7 girls to fit. She came by once, to look for something, but was so sweet and helpful in giving us recommendations on where to eat closeby. The only downside when we were there was that we couldn't get the wi-fi to work or the tv, but it wasn't so much of a bother. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay again!
Great apartment, perfect location. Very modern. The balcony overlooks Pearl and 15th and has a nice view of the mountains behind downtown. Every meal is within walking distance. The farmers market is only a few blocks away, so preparing your own dinner in the kitchen is a great option. Janet was a great host and communicated frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. There were no hangups. I recommend this location to anyone visiting Boulder. I hope to stay here again on my next visit.
Wonderful location. Very nice condo. Secure building. Would stay there again for sure.
The apartment is wonderful and right next to the Pearl St. Mall and other restaurants and amenities. Highly recommended.
