About this listing
This quaint flat comes fully equiped (WiFi, Sat. TV...) and is just 800m from the lake and 500m from the train station.
You will find eggs, cereal, milk, tea and coffee for your first breakfast. Numerous shops and restaurants are next door. Enjoy!
The Pâquis neighborhood is undoubtedly the most vibrant "quartier" of Geneva. It is where you will meet people from all continents, scents from far and near, busy streets and quiet parks right next to the lake.
My flat has just been extensively renovated and is decorated with taste. It is located in a building that would maybe need some paint job on the outside, but that has all the amenities you can ask for (laundry area, security entrance, lift, etc.)
I live on the first floor, the apartment is quite small but perfect for 1-2 people. There is a queen-size bed, bathroom with bathtub and wellness shower, a small office area and a comfortable living area adjacent to the kitchenette. There is also a balcony.
It is of course fully equipped and you can use WIFI for free and watch TV on my brand new 40' screen (including cable/satellite), or listen to music on one of my two stereo systems.
The flat is 5 minutes walking distance (one stop by tram) from Geneva Cornavin station and a few blocks away from the lake. There are numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores and supermarkets within a few 100m distance.
Should you have questions, do not hesitate to ask me!
I wish you a nice stay in your apartment

I love freedom, encounters and most of all travelling. I like learning new things, to open up to new horizons and I am always fascinated by these 1000 facets that our world is offering us! All that is required is to encounter the world with an open mind, and open eyes and ears. Carpe Diem ! :-)
