My apartment of 40 square meters on the first floor of a building located in the 70s a central area of Rome, elegant neighborhood, a stone's throw from the prestigious La Sapienza University and the famous Piazza Bologna, the home of the Metro station B.
E 'consists of an entrance hall, a room, a bathroom and a kitchen with a large English-style glass wall which makes it very bright and sunny. The modern, yet warm and welcoming cheer your stay in the 'Eternal City' and a single bed (with comfortable mattress Memory Foam) will take care of your sleep.
You will have my full freedom in the kitchen to prepare breakfast yourself, unless you want it prepared by me. The aim is to make you feel my guests in a friendly place.
This listing is for 1 shared room with a girl.
The neighborhood Nomentano is located in one of the capital's most connected at the level of public transport. Its privileged location offers the opportunity to move in any direction and from any monument or place of interest in the city.
The metro B 'Bologna' is in fact situated just three minutes walk away. The station Temini is just three stops away and the bus Colosseum to five. In addition Piazza Bologna is the only airport metro line B to switch from the traditional to the new line that will connect B1, in a simple and direct, the city with another area: the African quarter. Piazza Bologna is also a very connected with the rest of the city thanks to the many bus lines that pass through it. Also my apartment is only three hundred meters from the new Tiburtina Station, the hub of travel by train, which also include links to the airport of Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Next to the train station there is also the coach, the main town. The airport sees every day from hundreds of buses going all over Italy, especially to the South and the surrounding areas, and throughout Europe. To this was added a taxi stop right in Piazza Bologna. Move and reach any place of interest will be easy.
My apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood and noble of the capital. The area at the same time is very much alive and hundreds, if not thousands, of people flocking to the streets every day. During the summer evenings, but not limited to, the center of Piazza Bologna becomes a meeting point for many young and old. Just below the house, coming out of the gate on the right, you will find a delicious Irish pub with a large variety of real ales and the constant presence of many young people. Without moving a meter then you will find everything you need. Nearby fact there are many shops of all kinds, banks, post offices, supermarkets, discount stores, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, lottery, tobacco and even a pharmacy open 24 hours on 24. For any case to a single metro station and less than 10 minutes by bus is the hospital Policlinico Umberto I.
The hospitality and kindness are the cornerstones of my way to accommodate. My greatest satisfaction will be given the success of your stay.
There APPEARANCE, are ready to welcome you!
I have to wholeheartedly thank Cristina and Bernadette for being such incredible hosts. Thank you very much for all the care and attention you have put into making me feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend Cristian’s place and will MOST definitely stay there during my upcoming visit of Rome.
Many thanks !!!
The overall experience is nice. The room is tidy and comfortable. You can experience from details that the host loves the house a lot. The equipment in kitchen should be very useful if you cook. Maria is also considerate to provide a helpful map. I recommend her house to you in Rome.
Maria is a very friendly and kind host. Tho she didn't really speak English, we managed to communicate just fine. Overall staying experience was alright the only thing was that there were no wifi in the apartment.
Maria was really kind and sweet hostess. She provided all things and made me comfy. Last day in her house, she brewed espresso for me, and it was the best coffee ever! Everything in Maria's home was very comfortable and nice. Thanks to Maria for all the things! :-)
Thank you for everythings!

La estancia fue un poco triste, porque se vió afectada, ya que se me perdió un dinero en mi estancia aqui, se desaparecieron de mi cartera 350 euros, por lo que mi viaje se estuvo afectado.
The stay was a little sad, because it was affected, since I lost some money in my stay here, it disappeared from my wallet 350 euros, so my trip was affected.
