This listing was completely accurate - everything was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Mark was kind and welcoming and made us feel at home right away with some excellent suggestions on places to dine and fresh croissants waiting in the kitchen! The suite was clean and bright and the shower was great. The suite is very close to the subway station which had frequent express service to Manhattan. In the area, we particularly enjoyed a great pizza dinner at Saraghina and having donuts and coffee at Manny's. There are a couple of small bodega-type stores within a block or two. Thanks for hosting us, Mark!
Mark has been a great host, we had good communinication prior to our arrival. He gave us usefull advise how to find his place, which helped a lot and he waited for us, when we arrived. The place itself is great, everything as described, equipped with everything you need and in a quiet neighborhood. It is very easy to go to Manhattan from there. For our next trip to NYC we already know, where to stay.
Mark, thank you very much for your great hospitality.

Mark was really nice, and took the time to show us around the apartment. Very accurate descriptions & pictures.
Mark was an awesome host. Super accomodating and friendly. The unit was well maintained and equipped with everything you would need. We had our young kids (2 and 4) with us and I imagine there may have been a few times where things got noisy but Mark never mentioned anything (lives downstairs) - that's how great a guy he is. I would definitely recommend staying with Mark to have a great NYC experience.
We stayed at Mark's place five days. The apartment is very comfy and cozy.
- the kitchen is big and well equipped
- the bathroom was clean and the shower great.
- confortable beds
- VERY close from a subway station, which is a great feature.
- Neighborhood is OK, although at times it did not look too safe, but this is New York.
Mark is very nice and attentive.
We were very well received by Mark. Mark responds quickly to emails, he speaks French and is very helpful.
The apartment is true to the description. There are even orange juice and breakfast when you arrive. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The area is very nice, the metro is close and the neighborhood is friendly. We went to Manhattan walking through Fulton St., Fort Green Park or the Brooklyn Museum. To eat in the neighborhood, there are many cafes and restaurants as Peaches, Brunswick café, Café Paulette ... It's a great experience to live in the heart of Brooklyn.
The value for money is great. I recommend without hesitation.
Mark was very chill and easy to communicate with. The apartment was so clean and beautiful, we loved it! The extra touches, like providing coffee and breakfast items were so nice.
