About this listing
This bright, welcoming 2 bedroom (sleeps 6) 90m², first floor apartment is just 300 mts from the sea.
Consisting of a good sized kitchen with eating area, bathroom with shower and tub, dry storage room, a large living room and a spacious terrace with walk-out from both kitchen and living room.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, each whit their own terrace. The larger bedroom also has a bunk bed.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential part of town; well provisioned with food markets, toy shop, newspaper and tobacco shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Just 300 mts to the “free beach” where you will find beach clubs and beach bars and which stretches all the way to Marina di Grosseto.
This beautiful apartment is located just far enough out of the center of town to be free of the late-night noise of the bars and discos, yet close enough to walk there comfortably in under 10 mins.
In the historical center you can explore the medieval castle of Castiglione della Pescaia, the shops and pizzas or simply watch the fishing boats come and go from the port bringing “the daily catch”.
An ideal spot for couple, a family or a group of friends to spend their vocation and take part in true Maremman Tuscany.
Rest in this apartment was just great. Moving in and out were fast and precise. The apartment is great for a family of 6 with children very comfortable. There are all necessary for cooking. Clean, has a washing machine. To the sea to walk no more than 300 meters, 5 minutes. On the way to the sea there are a few small shops with beach equipment and products. The town is just perfect for a holiday at sea. I am pleased to recommend this apartment to other guests.
This was a great spot! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes into the part of town with a bunch of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfy. There were four of us staying there, and we each had plenty of room. FYI, the address numbers on the street don't quite go in order, so it took us a few minutes to find the place (it's down at the end of the street). All in all, a great place and I would definitely recommend it!
