Walking distance from the Ameristar Casino, Texas Road House, Main Street (Honky Tonk, Big A's, Q, Thirstys), Starbucks, Taco Bell, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonald's and the Bars / Restaurants on Main. An Awesome Location for all of the Festivals in St Charles!

And secured parking in the 1 car garage!

The space
All wood floors with plenty of room to spread out on our all new King Size Serta Mattresses. Each room has a 50 Inch 4K Roku Ready TV and we have a 75 Inch 4K Roku Ready TV in the Living Room.

A full Kitchen with a New Fridge, New Oven and Stove and a New Microwave. Enclosed Parking in an oversized 1 Car Garage with Remote / Exterior access. Also an fenced private back yard with room to run around.

A full lower level with a sitting area and 2nd kitchen with a full table and chairs. We include access to a nice washer and dryer.

And secured parking in the 1 car garage!

Guest access
You will have complete access to the entire upstairs and downstairs without any interference from anyone else. We only secure a small storage area in the basement that is not available.

Other things to note
Access the garage available via outside key / video pad thru the secured parking in the 1 car garage. To guard the safety of your car if you park in driveway the keypad does include video surveillance.
