The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with a Queen size bed 140cm x 200cm, wardrobe and corner seat. A Working room with Couch bed and a working desk and a hosting living room - where you can relax your feet after a long day walk. The room is further complimented with a lovely balcony.
A modern and spoiling Bathroom with bathtub. Towels and bedding are of course included.
A modern kitchen with state of the art , fully equipped appliances. Fridge, Coffee Machine and other facilities such as: Oven and a hob.
We offer Free Wireless high-speed internet during your stay.

The apartment is located near the renowned Mauerpark, with its vibrant Sunday markets and trendy cafe's, and the pictorial Arkonaplatz . Near bye are many art galleries and designer shop to be found in the Oderberger Str and the Kastanienallee. However when looking for something more peaceful take a short walk to Helmholtz- or Kollwitzplatz .
For shoppers there´s wide range of unique boutique and vintage shops. International & organic food markets ( on Wednesdays ) just across the street, and a Supermarket just on your doorstep.
The renowned Berlin Wall Museum is only 600 meter away.
You have the U Metro , Buses and Trams around : Metro underground station (U2) Eberswalder Str within 600 Meters (U8) Bernauer Str. or (U8) Rosenthalerplatz are only 500-600 Metres from the apartment.
Trams from Eberswalderstr. / Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn Sportspark (M10) is only 350 meters away and (M1) and (M12) on Kastanienalle is within 250 metres.
The Main railway station is approximately 10 a minutes journey with public transport, 30 minutes to the Airport Tegel and 45 minutes to the Airport Schönfeld (BBI) You can reach Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt within 10 min.drive.

The apartment is absolutely lovely, well located and clean. It's highly recommendable for a group of 2 - 4 people (there's even space for more). It's fully furnished with everything one need, only a TV is missing - but you don't need that in Berlin anyway. I would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay! Close to a grocery store and shopping. This is a very good central location. Ron was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would love to stay here again. :)
Lovely apartment, stylish, clean and full of light. Ron was super nice and helpful and the area is central with amazing cafes and nice little shops. We were only there for the weekend but it definitely made our stay a bit special :)

Ron was super nice, professional and helpful. The apartment was perfect for the price: clean, comfortable, stylish. Lots of storage which was nice. The area is great and full of amazing cafés, restaurants and a great flea market!
The flat was very pretty with nice furnitures, the neighborhood is really cool too. Ron seems to be really nice person.
The only negative things about this flat was the size of the main bed: not comfortable and really not enough room for two !
But despite that we recommend strongly this place for a stop in Berlin !!!

This apartment was bright, beautiful, clean and at a great location close to the train station, steps from a grocery store and minutes to lively restaurants and night life. Communication was also friendly and the key exchange was seamless. I'd absolutely stay here again!
Best place we stayed while on our trip in Germany. The check in and out was smooth and easy. The hosts were very informative. The directions to the apartment were very helpful. The kitchen was stocked, all of the utilities one needs are available. The apartment was secure and close to the grocery store, restaurant and stores. It would be a good place to stay for longer than a weekend. The train is about a 15 minute walk away, but the bus can be picked up closer. We would recommend anyone to stay at Ron's place. It is very spacious also. Wonderful apartment, thank you!
After a very long plane ride from S.F. we stepped into this amazing apartment. Spacious and cozy at the same time. Ron's friend Adi greeted us and was so kind and helpful. We had the good fortune of meeting Ron who is charming and delightful.
Everything works perfectly. Everything makes sense. Great coffee maker to use in the morning, heated towel rack, washer... truly great. Lovely part of the city, close to Mauer Park for Sunday Karaoke and a Kaiser's grocery store across the street. We highly recommend this apartment, this experience and relating to Ron was so pleasant we would do it all again.
