The space
Grand entrance & bay windows at the door to the 18 hole golf course greet you as you approach your home away from home.
Above the 3 car garage, the master suite offers a chill zone with sliding glass doors open to the furnished decks. The master bedroom upstairs features 1 King bed & 1 queen bed, a dresser and lot of closet space. The doors to the event room from the master bedroom close for privacy.
The big bathroom has a separate shower and elevated hot tub.
The upstairs event/living room has a full sized wet bar with a mini fridge, microwave & stocked Keurig coffee with 3 extra large bar stools! A 4 seat poker table, a 4 seat cafe table & ample seating on the roll out queen sized couch, 2 recliners, the middle of a sectional, Roku TV, & a bean bag. The French doors open to a balcony patio over looking the 18 hole golf course and lake.
Outdoor dining for 14 with a high top table (5), square table (2), rectangular table (4) and a park bench.
The other bedroom is on the opposite end of the house with 1 Queen sized bed with a dresser & smart end table.
The main floor kitchen has full sized electric appliances: refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster & dishwasher. Plates, silverware, glasses, cookware, coffee maker, plus countertop space to prepare a meal. BYOB and all the fixings for your meal.
The large 6 seat dining room table is perfect for any celebration, reunion, vacation or golf outing! A couch and Roku tv add to the beauty of the large bay window.
