Enjoy outstanding views of the Grenadines in your private plunge pool while embracing the laid-back island vibes.
Beach Bums Carriacou is a thoughtfully designed tiny house which offers a comfortable and modern retreat for solo travelers or couples seeking an intimate vacation experience. The open-concept layout provides the feeling of space and maximum light.
You can walk to beautiful beaches nearby for snorkelling or beach picnics, have a yoga session on the forest deck, gaze at the sea or stars from the oversized hammock net or relish a hot shower in the tropical outdoors.
Cook your own simple meals in the well-equipped kitchenette or the outside BBQ and enjoy al fresco dinners on the covered outside deck. If you fancy sampling local restaurants or need to shop for groceries, Tyrrel Bay with all its services is just a 10-drive away. Carriacou’s most famous beach, Paradise Beach, is even closer.
At night, sleep soundly in the king size bed while listening to the crickets and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore below. The ocean breeze and ceiling fan will keep you cool and comfortable. In the morning, the large sliding doors let in plenty of natural light and the birds will serenade the dawn of the new day.

Guests have complete and solo access to Beach Bums Carriacou. The owners live in a separate villa about 50 metres/yards away.
Other things to note
Beach Bums Carriacou is not suitable for people with limited mobility and/or small children as it is located on a steepish hill. By its nature, the tiny house has some tripping/falling hazards. It has rocky, uneven terrain, a deck and a patio each with a handful of steps without rails, an exposed hammock net and a plunge pool which can mean slippery floors. Therefore, you must exercise due caution on and around the property.
The access road from the village of L’Esterre to Beach Bums Carriacou is unpaved and may require 4W drive in the rainy season.
Beach Bums Carriacou is nestled within tropical forest. Whilst this gives you a fabulous almost treehouse feeling, it also means that you should be comfortable with the sounds of nature and the occasional (harmless) critters finding their way in your space.
At Beach Bums Carriacou, there is an outdoor shower only. There is full privacy as well as toiletries and hot water but it is a jungle-like tropical enclave under the stars which might not be for everyone.
The owners live with a cute island rescue dog, Lily. She sometimes likes to make unannounced visits to the tiny house. If you prefer not to meet Lily, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to keep Lily under more strict control during your stay.
