There are three of us living in the apartment. A young couple and a small dog. And since we have a spare room, we have decided to rent it to you. We don't live in the city center, but there is a tram stop 5 minutes away from our building. You can also have a half hour walk to the city center, but since our summers are hot it's better to take the tram, that will take you straight to the beach, where you can refresh yourself. The tram passes all the important places of the city, train station, bus station, city center etc.
The room has a comfortable double bed (that can be occasionally set as two single beds), a wardrobe where you can put your things and feel yourself at home. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is a TV in the shared living room next door, a big balcony and wi-fi (if you need a computer, just let us know). You can also use shared kitchen and if you need anything from the shop you can find one next to the building. You don't need to get to the center for anything, you can find mostly everything in our neighborhood.
Hope you will enjoy staying in our apartment. We will try to help you out with anything you will need during your stay.
We would be pleased to answer to your questions if you need more information.
Last, but not least, our Pika will give you a barking welcoming every time you'll get in the apartment, but don't worry about it, she is really a sweet and absolutely not aggressive dog, she just loves to let us know that something is goin'on!
Please note that the last tram leaves
at 9 p.m!
We hope to see you soon.
Alessio and Nina.
Alessio and Nina were simply brilliant.
I felt completely at home and enjoyed great conversations as well as exactly the information I wanted to be able to see Messina.
They were both warm and generous and made me feel very welcome. Pikka too.
The location was good. Being the last tram stop made it easy to know where to get off, and the neighbourhood had everything I needed, Arancini across the road and a great bakery on the corner.
I can highly recommend a stay with Alessio and Nina.
Ogni richiesta o problema prontamente risolto. Consiglio quest'alloggio a tutti.
We had a very pleasant stay, as Alessio made us feel at home. Location is not central but it is easy to reach the center. The place was comfortable and very clean.
Alessio gave us a really warm welcome and tried as much as he could that we feel comfortably. He and his girlfriend are such friendly and warmhearted people. You feel like at home when you can use their nice small balcony to relax or their kitchen to prepar your own food. The neighbourhood is busy with cars but that is quite common in Italy's cities. There is a supermarket right around the corner where you can buy all the stuff you need.
We had very difficult and tough day on the way to Messina, so attentive attitude to us from Alessio came rather pat!
He said:"Guys, calm down, relax! Feel yourself like you are home!" And gave us bottles of beer! So we felt like we were real friends! So we sat on the sofa in the dining room and spoke.
Pika - their dog, is very funny and friendly))) You will like it)
It was very nice to stay their just for the chance to feel like you live with your friends!
Thank you, guys!
Alessio e Nina sono stati gentili, accoglienti e di buone chiacchiere. La casa è grande e pulita. Assolutamente consigliato.
