Why an Airbnb that honors the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr?
There's so many reasons (read below!) but ultimately, without his achievements, our own family wouldn’t exist. So we've collaborated with black artists and creatives in order to bring this historic home on downtown Lynchburg's MLK Boulevard to our community.
Here's a few more reasons:
1. His impact was inspiring in founding our hosting business "All Belong"
2. MLK himself walked this street and even stayed overnight just a few blocks away!
3. The street used to be known as black Main Street and is named after him.
4. Our son is black and that matters.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement, where washer/dryer are located. For stays longer than 4 nights, we can make the washer/dryer available for you!
Other things to note
The home is located along a well-traveled street which allows for easy access to anywhere downtown. You can expect to see a rich diversity of people from all economic levels. The sounds of the street might be noisy at times (a lively game of basketball at the park, a loud fire truck, etc.)
We provide sound machines and ear plugs in each bedroom, but if these things would impact your stay and cause you to give less than a 5 star review, this home may not be the best fit.
