At 3700 sq ft, this home borders North Scottsdale, Carefree, and Desert Mountain & has room for everyone! We have super comfy Brooklinen bedding in the primary suite & luxurious, clean, & crisp bedding for all of the beds. There are TVs with use of Netflix/Roku TV in all rooms. The primary suite includes a jetted tub as well as a walk in shower & separate vanities.

Please take assurance that prior to your arrival we sanitize every light switch, every handle, every door knob, every remote control, lamp switches, broom handles, vacuum cleaner handle, water station handles and everything we know you will touch!
When vacationing with your furry family member (only dogs <50lbs allowed) we will need to know the age, breed, and weight of your dog. There is a pet fee of $25/night per house-trained dog (up to 2 dogs) with a minimum of $100 per dog each trip.

Please note that we do not have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on when and how many guests will be staying with us.

Our proximity to Scottsdale makes it easy to eat all of your meals in delicious restaurants that run the gamut from pub burgers to steak and seafood or chef owned and operated restaurants. However, we highly recommend eating in at least once to enjoy the grill or have us recommend a chef to put the Teppanyaki cooking table to good use!
We have a list of in house chefs who arrive with groceries and prepare a delicious meal (for an additional fee) while you enjoy the house and amenities.
When you bring your friends and family here, you not only get to recharge in a home with spa-quality amenities, you also have access to a talented group of people who will improve your vacation with services such as your own personal chef, state of the art mobile kitchens, local limousine transportation, tour and expedition arrangements and so much more!

Other things to note
• Check-in: 4pm – check out: 10am (If you would like to check in earlier or check out later than the regular scheduled time please contact us the day before and as long as we don’t have anyone checking in or out that day and the home can be ready at your required time then it would be no problem.)
Additional fees assessed through legal venues after booking as stated:
• This platform only charges for 16 guests – because this home sleeps 21 people, groups with more that 16 people can pay the extra person fee directly to us and can be billed separately after booking or through a fee adjustment within Airbnb prior to accepting the approval. All people within the home should be counted ages 1+ years and above. This includes all people that are expected at the house. However, please keep in mind that we do not consider this a party house. We do consider this a great house for families, groups, celebrations, and gatherings.
• Pet fee: Please let us know if you are bringing your furry family member (dogs only). The rate is $25/night per dog with a $50 minimum per dog and is billed separately after booking - We only allow house trained & non violent family dogs. We need to know the breed and the age of your dog(s).
• Pool fee: During the months of November - May guests will be charged for pool heating $150 per day for the main pool with a minimum of $300. Fee will be added onto the quote prior to accepting the reservation.
