Arrival: the unit is equipped with a smart lock making 24 hour check possible for whenever you arrive.
Sleeping arrangements: the bedroom has a king size bed and in the living room the queen sleeper sofa fold out. For the family, there are two custom birch children sized bunks near the front door.
Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen in the unit awaits! This includes dishes, toaster, blender, utensils, coffee maker, wine and martini glasses, pots and pans just to name a few. Full sized appliances and dishwasher are available for use.
Dining: The unit has an open arrangement with dining options at the four seat convertible table in the living room, dine outside on the spacious balcony or enjoy the television from the comfort of the couch!
Balcony is fully open and accessible! Take in views of the Galveston Fishing Pier and Jimmy's On the Pier. Or enjoy watching the planes fly in to the local Scholes International Airport.

Beach access: The property is located directly across the street from the beach making this unit a short walk to your toes in the sand.

All linens are provided, the unit does not have a washer and dryer. The Maravilla coin laundry room is located steps from this unit. We do provide extra linens to ensure you have enough throughout your stay.
Maravilla grounds include: three pools, hot tub, access to a fitness center, picnic tables, grills, dog park, dog bath station and more for your enjoyment! Note that these are shared amenities and are on a first come, first serve basis.
The property is minutes from attractions like Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, 91st Street Fishing Pier, and the Strand! The unit is also only a quick drive to the Cruise Ship Terminals where Norwegian and Royal Caribbean are sailing from.
Departure: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaning crew so there is not a long to-do list when you leave!

Other things to note
The Maravilla charges a parking fee which is $10 per night with a max of 7 nights charged. Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Beach access does require a walk across Seawall Blvd and using a staircase to get onto the beach. The ocean tide predicts how much sand area is available directly in front of the condo.
Currently, the front building of Maravilla is getting a face lift. The construction area is currently next to the front office which is temporarily relocated to Unit 121. The construction does not impact the use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, balcony. The only impacted amenity is the gym as it is closed during this time but the Marriott next door is allowing our guests to use theirs. General construction noises may be heard throughout daytime hours only. You may also pass by construction crew members or areas on the property when getting to our place. You will see typical construction equipment such as scaffolding and areas with boarded plywood on the front building. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding this.
Summer time in Galveston is peak season. During this time, we will not be able to accommodate early check in or late check out requests.
