We stayed in the separate cottage, it was clean but very different stylistically than the rest of the property. Breakfast was served in the main house, which was full of wonderful art and had excellent design. Apparently they were officially closed for the season and our booking was a sort of mistake, so we were the only guests. The hosts were very sweet.
We stayed in the adjacent cottage next to the main house. It was a nice private space. Guido was very helpful upon our arrival and very accommodating during our stay. I'd recommend others to stay here.
The host is very friendly and provide useful tour information of Tuscany . Bedrooms are clean and larger than we expect. Toghter with well-equipped kithen andcozy living room, the apartment is very wonderful! Breakfast is great as well . We enjoy our staying and will recommend this apartment to our friends!
AMAZING! :) Vito and his aunt were so hospitable. We were late due to stopping at a winery and they graciously accommodated us. Vito was so helpful in finding a place to eat, even made us a reservation at a restaurant nearby. He was full of suggestions for wineries, restaurants, and places to see. The view was incredible just up the road. The place was very clean and very nice. Breakfast was delicious, Vito's aunt even made us some of her homemade cakes and biscotti, and Vito would make us espresso Italiano and cappuccino. WOW, amazing stay, highly recommend!!! :)
A beautiful place and very welcoming hosts! Nice breakfast in the backyard overlooking the Tuscan hills!
Our experience in Monticchiello, at Affittacamere Maria Gabriella was really great. The house of Maria Gabriella is very beautiful, very well located and, overall, very suitable for a family of 6 like our own. However, more than the extraordinary beauty of the place and the quality of the infrastructure, what made our experience great was the sympathy of Guido, Maria Gabriella and Guido's aunt. They welcomed us, gave us all useful informations, cooked breakfast for us and helped us throughout our stay. It was magical and we certainly recommend it! Thanks! See you soon!
