Whether you choose to sway gently in a hammock or sip wine by the above-ground pool, relaxation and rejuvenation await. The property offers a simple outdoor kitchen for guests' use, enhancing your stay with convenience and charm. The space
The Olive Garden Room features a versatile sleeping arrangement with a Double bed that can be separated into two Single beds, offering flexibility for guests. Both the Olive Garden Room and the Tremiti View Room can be booked together as a family unit, providing access to a shared vestibule area.
Our property is fully fenced and gated, inviting guests to explore and relax while enjoying stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, the Majella Mountains in Abruzzo, and the Tremiti Islands. Guests are encouraged to pick seasonal figs, tomatoes, and other fruits and herbs for their culinary enjoyment.
The outdoor amenities include a simple kitchen and washing area shared by guests of both rooms, a covered dining area, and a Pizza Oven for communal use. Additionally, an above-ground pool is available for both family and guest enjoyment, enhancing the overall experience of relaxation and leisure.
Guest access
Guests at the Olive Garden Room can enjoy exclusive access to their own decked terrace. The property offers expansive grounds for exploration, shared with the host family, other guests, and resident dogs. The above-ground pool is available for use from 8 am to 8 pm, with the stipulation that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Visitors are welcome to wander through the Olive Grove, making use of the pool, loungers, hammocks, and other amenities. However, access is restricted to the land to the right of the ramp leading down to the cantina, which remains private.
Please be aware that the Olive Grove is a working environment, and some areas may have uneven ground and paths. Additionally, guests can utilize the simple outdoor kitchen area, complete with a pizza oven and covered outdoor dining space, enhancing their stay with culinary options.
During your stay
We live on site and are readily available to assist you with any questions or needs you may have. Either Charlie or myself will be present, ensuring that you have someone to reach out to for inquiries about the property, town, or surrounding area. While we respect your privacy, we are more than happy to engage in conversation if you wish.
Other things to note
Guests are kindly requested to park their vehicles outside the main gates, ensuring they remain off-road but still within our property boundaries. This measure is to maintain the tranquility of the Olive Grove experience. Should this arrangement be unsuitable, please contact us for alternative options.
Upon arrival, we will greet you at the gates, assist with your luggage, and introduce you to our three friendly dogs. Please refrain from feeding them.
As this is a working olive grove, be aware that the ground and pathways may be uneven in certain areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms; however, guests may smoke in the shaded area by the pizza oven. Due to the dry weather and surrounding trees, please exercise caution to prevent fire hazards.
Access to the property is secured with a passcode, which will be provided during check-in. We ask all guests to be considerate of others by minimizing noise after 11 pm.
