I stayed in kitty's room for 4days. Kitty is very kind and she gave me helpful information of HK travel. So I feel convenient during stay. U will use everything to need during travel like water heater, adapter, television, towel, blanket, sliper, etc. Although the room isn't enough space, I believe for u to get more thing.
Kitty was a great host! We communicated by email before arrival. A very respectful host, and kept my apartment clean and tidy. Everything went incredibly smoothly and the apartment was left in great condition. Highly recommended host!
See previous review... ^^
Space is too small and bed is not comfy:( one thing good is that Kitty is very nice
Had a nice stay in Hong Kong. Kitty is a friendly host. Great location makes this a very convenient place to stay. Oh, just remember to preheat the water before taking a shower! ^^
It’s been a great trip and we’re happy to stay at Kitty’s place.
Location: Shopping malls are just within walking distance (eg: Times Square, Hysan Place, Lee Gardens). It’s convenient to walk to the MTR station too (approx. 5-10 mins). Apart from shopping, we found a few places for really good food :)
Room: The room is small but it’s within our expectation from the reviews and comments, however it’s decent and clean. The bed is a super single size bed; we’ve no problem sleeping at all. The shower room is small but very clean. Note: it’s cold during winter (even the window is close) do wear thicker clothes.
Kitty is very friendly and she came to meet us shortly after our arrival. She provided us a map and showed us the places to shop and eat around Causeway Bay and other places. Kitty is very generous too; she treated us brunch at a Shanghai local restaurant. As it’s our first visit to HK, she even walked us to get an octopus card. We’re very lucky to have met such helpful and generous host.
I’ll definitely come back to this studio again when I visit HK.
The location is the greatest drawcard for us, central to Victoria Park, markets, shopping malls and all public transport. The studio is cosy and clean and it has plenty of storage space. Host Kitty is very friendly and always contactable. She provided us with extra towels, dish wares and utensils so we can do some occasional cooking. The place is also quiet at night for a good night sleep. We enjoyed our stay at Kitty's place.
First of all, if you LOVE shopping and thats your main aim in HK this is a really really convenient place to stay as Time Square is a 5-10 minute walk (depending on if you get lost or not). There are also plenty of traditional restaurants, such as Chinese roast meat restaurants and congee restaurants around if you enjoy cultural experiences through food. Secondly, Kitty is a really friendly host and the map she provides is very helpful and accurate (especially for a person who has no sense of direction, i.e. me). Finally, i found the room quite small, so it is perfect for one person, so you may find that having two people stay might be quite tight.
Overall, i would definitely come back to this studio room when i visit hk again!
This is the first time to use Airbnb in my HK stay and my 2 days stay with my daughter is spectacular. Although the place is hard to find, Kitty is on the rescue! We communicated through phone calls and when we got lost, she met us at the most convenient place. Meeting her is like meeting a long time friend in Hong Kong.
While walking into the place, she told us the best place to eat, cheapest place to buy stuff, have breakfast and anything that we need to know. We actually don't need that since the place in Causeway Bay is near to almost everything. But she did!
It was lunch time then and she treated us to a cozy and expensive dim sum restaurant in Lee Gardens (Q Banquet) and we ordered anything. She even taught my daughter how to use the chopsticks easily.
The room is exactly what the ads are saying and It fits us well. The flat is cozy with all Kitty's instruction and all that. There's a small nook that you can cook, fix your tea and wash dishes. Everything is perfect. It's just the restroom that is too small, but overall, Kitty's place is highly recommendable if you want to stay near the shopping area.
Words are not enough to recommend Kitty. Me and my whole family will definitely stay with her place again!
We had a great stay with Kitty - she gave us great information for getting to the apartment and waited to meet us, even though our flight was delayed and ended up arriving very late at night. The studio is very small, but an excellent location and base for exploring Hong Kong. Highly recommend this to anyone!
