This massive, luxurious 6,223 square foot vacation villa (sleeps 30+ guests) is located in the Gated Community of Solterra Resort, just 20 minutes from Disney! With 14 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, spacious game room, modern kitchen, expansive living room area, 2 laundry rooms, plenty of free parking, and an oversized private/covered pool, this vacation oasis has all the amenities and space for your next dream vacation.

This is 1 of four 14BR/15BR vacation villas that we own ... all on the same street. That means we can host a large group of over 100, if you are looking for accommodations for a large, special event.

Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the entire villa and all its amenities during their stay, including the private pool, spa, and game room. Our villa is designed to be a self-contained retreat, providing everything you need for a memorable vacation.
Approximately eight weeks before your arrival, you will receive a Registration Packet containing crucial information to prepare you for your Central Florida vacation. This packet will help you register drivers and guests at the resort and allow you to opt for pool and spa heating.
Once we receive your completed Registration Packet, we will send you an "Arrival Packet" with all the necessary details for checking in, accessing the villa, parking logistics, and property management contacts. This packet will also provide information about enjoying the amenities at Solterra Resort.
The villa features a private entrance with self-check-in using a keypad, offering you flexibility and convenience upon arrival. Guests are welcome to use all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the themed bedrooms, kitchen, and entertainment areas.
You will also have access to resort amenities such as the shared gym, outdoor playground, and other facilities nearby, enhancing your stay with us.
Other things to note
Flexible Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our guests.
Theme Park Proximity: While our villa is a perfect destination in itself, it is also conveniently located near major attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and other theme parks.
Phased Upgrades: We have recently completed $75K in renovations, including repainting, replacing carpets with hard flooring, updating furniture and décor, and creating themed rooms. New photos will be uploaded as further updates are completed.
Safety First: For your peace of mind, our villa is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.
Pool Heating: Pool and spa heating are available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you would like this option.
Local Dining and Shopping: There are numerous dining options and shopping centers nearby for your convenience, offering a range of culinary experiences and retail therapy.
House Rules: To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, please respect our no-smoking policy and be considerate of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours.
