This is a newly renovated house with restored original wood floors, and has simple modern design inspired by boutique hotels in Austin- this means mid century modern sensibilities and plenty of succulents!
The house is located only a couple of blocks east of downtown, and is very close to all the downtown activities. East 6th street (where a lot of the action is at these days) is only a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants and bars are within walking distance, even though the neighborhood itself is very quiet and serene. The best of both worlds.
You will be provided with the highest quality clean towels, and highest quality Egyptian cotton sheets.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. A fully stocked kitchen is also available with everything you need in order to make a meal.
CENTRAL Air conditioning (a major plus in Austin)
Coffee, with French Press coffee system
Topo Chico (the best sparkling water ever made)
High Speed Internet
Television with Netflix

Leyla was amazing! She accommodated us last minute and the place was clean, quiet and super convenient to downtown Austin.
It was great that they had fresh coffee and sparkling water.
Parking was easy and it's the perfect space for 2-4 guests. Highly recommended.
Had a great stay at Leyla's place -- the bed was so comfy, and she has the softest towels I have ever used :). Very cute little home and super close to everywhere you want to go. Thanks!
I enjoyed staying at Leyla's place. It is a super close walk to UT. 6th St isn't too much further out. Also, Micklethwait Craft Meats is amazing (and near by), and you must go if you're in to that kinda thing.
The stereo with headphone cable was an excellent touch! I don't drink sparkling water, but having that and beer in the fridge was also great.
There were some people who seemed to be living in a van across the street, randomly yelling at each other and passersby. It made me not want to go outside when they were around. (Not that there's much the host could do about that.)
Also, if you're calling a cab, expect to wait 20 minutes before one shows up. (I learned that the hard way haha.) This isn't a part of town where cabs are around every corner.
I would recommend that a friend stay here. It could comfortably fit two couples.
It was a great house in a great neighborhood. Everything I needed for my stay in Austin, extremely cozy. I would recommend it for anyone.
Great place and great location. Easy walk to down town Austin. We enjoyed staying at Leyla's place!
We really enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect. Very clean, stocked with coffee and easy to get around town. Would stay there again when I get a chance to return to Austin.
This is a terrific room for fellow AIRBNB travelers. The location is just awesome. You can get to UT and/or 6th street without ever having to get on I-35. My work was at UT and it could not have been a simpler commute. Leyla is way up there is hosting. Everything you need is there with great information on using the house. Best I've stayed in.
Great little house in a solid neighborhood on Austin's east side. Short walk to local places to eat and socialize. Loved the modern washer / dryer and nice TV with Roku / Netflix. Just a good get away place and Leyla was very responsive to anything I needed. Thanks!
Great location. House exactly as described. Leyla is a wonderful host. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Thank you Leyla for a wonderful vacation.
House is sweet, cozy, clean, location is perfect, plenty of parking, great neighborhood.
Would recommend this house for sure!
