The room is just like what showed up in the photos, it's spacious, comfortable and bright. The bathroom is very clean and tidy as well. With a nice garden the whole premises is very cosy. The breakfast is fantastic. The hosts are very helpful and kind, making us feeling as if at home during our stay. On the very first day of arrival Wilma introduced us the basic landscape of Inverness and even had a map printed for us so we could tour around the city and know where for good dinner. Unfortunately one of our luggages were damaged during our journey to Inverness, that made it very difficult to manoeuvre, and her husband, an extremely nice person which we enjoyed sharing our stories with each other so much, even drove us to the train station after checked out! We are very grateful to their hospitality and kindness, which definitely made us enjoy our stay in Inverness so much. If I had the chance to visit Inverness again I would definitely consider booking the place again. It is really very rare to find such good and friendly host as they are nowadays!
Wilma and Hugh were the warmest hosts anyone could hope for. Me and my wife stayed at theirs for 2 nights and we loved our stay. It felt like we were living in our own house. They took care of everything possible. The room was perfect and the breakfast was delectable. She gave us tips on where all we should go and which things we could skip, which helped us tons because we were traveling on a budget and that saved us a lot of money. The location of the house is great because one can easily walk from the Inverness train/ bus stations/ city centre to their house in about 10 mins. We are hoping to comeback soon on an extended tour of the highlands and would love to be at Wilma and Hugh's!
Wilma was absolutely wonderful. The home was comfortable and extremely clean. Everything was exactly as listed. And the breakfast was fabulous! My husband and I enjoyed talking with Wilma and her husband. It really felt like visiting relatives or friends.
Wilma's B&B is fantastic, we had a wonderful time, super close to the city but located on a quiet and calm road. Highly recommended if you would like to have an authentic experience in Inverness.
Staying at Wilma's was a great experience. She greeted us upon arrival and we immediately felt comfortable. She gave us excellent advice regarding places to visit for our tour around Loch Ness. And the Breakfast was very tasty! Highly recommended.
Was a great couple nights in Inverness. Our days started up with a great full Scottish breakfast including fresh fruit salad. Wilma and her husband were fabulous host and really helped us plan our time in the northern Highlands. Easy 10 min walk downtown for a great selection of foods. Would stay here again!!
I'm a first time AirBnb user and my weekend could not have went smoother. Wilma got us up to speed on where to visit for dining in the local area when we arrived, which involved a short 5/10 minute walk from the property. The room was as described and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent each morning and I was really thankful for the earlier than normal breakfast on Sunday before I took part in the Loch Ness Marathon.
Overall, extremely happy with my stay and happy to book again next year!
