We will be downstairs if you have any questions or need anything. I have been in the hospitality business for many years and love it. Thomas is retired Air Force and has traveled the world so we both really enjoy people. Feel free to come out on the porch and enjoy morning coffee because that is where you will usually find us. Or enjoying the evening sunset.
The area is safe. Many great places are within walking distance. We walk downtown for dinner and dancing all the time. All the great places are close.
The public bus system is only a few blocks away and travels the city and the Trolley travels the downtown area. There is also a local Taxi service. We have the information for you.
Other things to note
We are only 8 blocks from the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers and the beautiful flood wall murals. Museums, City Library, and Many Art Galleries hosting a number of various Arts. Several years ago the city of Paducah set out to attract artist to the area in order to upgrade Historic Lowertown and they did just that. So try to fit a trip around the neighborhood into your stay. You won't regret it.
No smoking in the house. There is plenty of seating on the porch for that. Quite time starts at 10 please. No drugs. No pets please.
Thomas and I are really kind of casual and really friendly. We both love people but if you just want privacy our place is great for that. We love to dance when we get the chance. Thomas is retired Air Force and has traveled the world so he has many stories and is glad to share them. We spend most of our spare time with each other and Thomas spends some time rough camping with a few other wilderness campers. I prefer room service. :) I am a pretty good cook so you will really enjoy your breakfast. We spend time at Kentucky Lake every chance we get or maybe the water park near by. We like to enjoy life and look at the glass as half full.
