The villa’s expansive kitchen and dining area provide the perfect setting to share meals, sip coffee, or enjoy a local beer while taking in stunning jungle views. Relax in serene communal spaces, while the seven en-suite bedrooms—furnished with king, and queen beds—offer everyone their own retreat with privacy and comfort.

For those working remotely or hosting retreats, the villa offers exceptional convenience:

Location: In the heart of Santa Teresa, the villa is just an 10-minute walk (800 meters) to the beach and a short stroll to phenomenal restaurants, surf spots, and local activities.

Whether you’re enjoying jungle serenity, gathering for meals, or exploring nearby beaches and dining, Casa Encantada is the ideal place to relax, connect, and recharge.

Rooms and beds: 3 rooms with king beds, 3 rooms with queen beds, 1 room with queen-sized bunk beds. 8 beds total.

Note: 4WD is required during the rainy season.

The property is ideally located in the heart of Santa Teresa, just an 10-minute walk (800 meters) to the beach, with fantastic restaurants, surf spots, and activities nearby. To fully explore everything Santa Teresa has to offer, we recommend renting a vehicle or ATV/UTV.

You’ll have access to secure, gated parking that can accommodate multiple vehicles—perfect for groups with ATVs, cars, or vans.
