Great quiet retreat to stay after a busy day in New York City. My apartment is best suited for families. I don't recommend it for two couples.

The space
Brand new large 1 bedroom + alcove on a beautiful brownstones tree lined block in Clinton Hill.

Located in a new development, very quiet, and spacious. Two twin beds that can be coupled as a King in the bedroom & Queen size bed in alcove.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd floor walk-up.
Large bathroom with double access.
High speed wi-fi.
Best suited for a couple or family of four.

Communication with me is made easy, as family member lives downstairs. It is possible to drop off luggage, should there be a check in the same day of check out.

Only two blocks from the subway: G subway line is only a block away and the A or C line is about a 10 min walk which gets you to Manhattan in no time at all. 20 minutes to Downtown Manhattan, 40 minutes to Central Park. 30 minutes from JFK airport. Car service (taxi) available by phone call.

The neighborhood is very diverse with great local shops and places to eat. Barclay's Centre, BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music), are walking distance. Flea Market on Lafayette Avenue is 3 blocks away. For Gospel, Emmanuel Baptist Church is 5 minutes walking distance.
Take the bus down the block to Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden, and Porspect park.

Other things to note
There is only one private bedroom where two twin beds are. The other queen bed is located in an alcove attached to the corridor.

Neighborhood highlights

It is a beautiful block, with a view on landmark brownstones. Citibikes are all around. Restaurants and bars are surrounding the apartment. The subway is two blocks away, 3 minutes walk.
